The delivery was surprisingly/unexpectedly quick. The deal that I got was 25% cheaper than everywhere else. Doesn't apply to all items in their stock, naturally, guess I got lucky once in a while.

Customer Service is not responding since days
I ordered an expensive backpack, the information on the internet states that a rain cover is included. I did not receive the rain cover and customer service is not responding since several days. I have a feeling they are ignoring me and hoping that I will give up without geting the raincover. This is very frustrating since the backpack was very expensive.
Great shop but communication could be improved
It was positive, but some items were missing in the warehouse, so I needed to wait a bit. I believe that better communication could actually improve the waiting time, as we could then replace some items with others more quickly.

Too small to deal with UK returns
I bought climbing shoes from this company, but they were the wrong size. According to their website it is really straightforward to return goods. When I asked them how to return my new shoes for another size, I was told that they normally advise people outside of Europe (I am in the UK so assume they mean non-EU countries) to sell locally or online rather than return items due to postage and customs. When I queried why I would pay customs again on an item being returned, I was told that they were a “young company” and not an “American or Chinese e-commerce giant”. So if you are from the UK or anywhere outside of the EU and considering buying climbing shoes, you need to be very sure of your size or you will end up selling your new shoes on eBay like me. Not a great buying experience.

Oluinid is a trust worthy online shop...but customer service is abit lacking and you have to be super patient on waiting for your goods to arrive. As the time specified is not accurate (but it will eventually arrive) lol! Hence 4 stars instead of 5
Processing and shipment of my order is taking too long
Estimated shipment date is 3 weeks from when I placed my order. However, my order is still “processing” after 3 weeks, so I contacted them to ask for updates. Turns out one of the items I ordered hasn’t arrived from their supplier. They suggested if I could just replace the item with another item with equal value but even the replacement item is out of stock! We’ve been going back and forth already and it takes them awhile to reply.
The entire process is taking too long. If only, they informed me earlier that the one item was taking a while from their supplier, my items could’ve been shipped earlier.
I’ll update my rating once I receive my order.
UPDATE: I finally received my order after a month. Wish customer service was more attentive and notified me earlier regarding delays of one of the items I ordered. I also hoped they had other courier options like DHL, since UPS in the PH is kinda slow. But I’m glad my order arrived just in time for my next outdoor trip.
I’ve had a terrible experience with…
I’ve had a terrible experience with this company unfortunately. I’m based in England and had not realised that all goods are dispatched from Italy.
I ordered two pairs of climbing shoes, and as neither pair fitted I had to return them for a refund.
This cost me £20.00 in shipping fees, which the company will not refund, and the parcel is now stuck in Italian customs.
Olinud have said I will have to pay customs duties to return the shoes, on top of the shipping fees, even though I am returning (not keeping) the shoes!
All of this has been ridiculously expensive as well as stressful.
I do not recommend buying from this company unless you live in the EU

I ordered a pair of la Sportiva shoes 2 weeks ago, after over 2 weeks with no action, I tried to email, phone call, no response only after using chat did I get a response. Then today I am told that no stock is now available for what I ordered. If they had actioned in timely matter I may I received what I ordered. No compensation or otherwise supplied. Mickey Mouse company as far as I can perceive avoid them if you want to save yourself from unjustified grief

On December 9th, I gave 1 star with a complaint about a stick that came broken.
I have resent the stick at no cost, they have fixed it and I have it back. So now I rate them 5 stars for their professionalism.
Great prices poor communication
Prices look great but sevice, so far, has been horrible. Order has been in processing for 3 weeks and multiple requests for an update including order number have been ignored.
Goods eventually arrived well packed and in good condition, credit where it is due.
If they could fix their communication around processing prior to shipping the experience would be much smoother.
Misleading shipping times
Website claims that orders will approx. arrive in 48 hours and upon getting the tracking information, the date was 4 days later. After checking tracking 3 days after ordering there are delays and the shipping date has been pushed another 3 days.
New estimated date is 10 days after ordering, and still hasn't arrived as of yet.
Really dissapointed, was hoping for my product to arrive as I was intending to use them during club training days. If I only knew about the real approximate shipping times I would have not ordered from here.
Would be nice to see other shipping options, not only UPS as I have always had problems with them.
Delivery taking too long
