I'm sad to leave a 2 star review, as the jewelry is beautiful. However, I feel the need to be completely honest with others who may decide to order from this company. I placed an order for 3 pieces of jewelry, totaling $136.80 with O+P on 9/15/22 for my son's Wedding on 9/24/22. All of the Reviews I read were glowing, stating Shipping was super fast - so I selected the Free Shipping option. Big mistake, Hours after I placed the Order, I received a Receipt. On the Receipt, it now stated "expect delivery delays" under the Shipping option I chose. Which that disclaimer wasn't there when I placed my order! So, I contacted Customer Service on 9/16/22 to ask if I could upgrade the Shipping to Priority or Express instead & was happy to pay the difference in cost, as I really needed the set before the event on 9/24/22. Customer Service Representative, Kathrine, replied back late on 9/16/22 that my order was "currently processing" and they were "unable to make edits or changes to your order". My order wasn't even sent out until 9/22/22, a whole 7 days after I initially placed it. I'm puzzled as to why the change couldn't have been made. I didn't receive the jewelry until 9/29/22, 2 weeks or 14 days after order. So. long story short...had to wear another set of jewelry that I already owned to the Wedding. And, now I'm out $136.80 & stuck with a set of jewelry that I have no idea when or if I'll ever wear it. I had considered returning it, but their Return Policy seems to be a hassle too. I always try to support Small Business, as I'm a Small Business Owner myself. But, I would never treat my Customers this way & expect them to be a Returning Customer. I will never order from this company again after this experience. And, I will never refer anyone either.

The products look very nice and I fell in love with a bracelet and matching earrings. Unfortunately the earrings fell apart during my wedding. So they didn’t even last one day.

Update: someone telling me she’s the owner reached out to me. I explained my problem with the only result to not get any further response from the company. I sent 2 more emails but no response. Great. I lowered my review from 2 to 1 star after this experience. BTW, I didn’t only shop the sample sale, only one of the pieces I purchased was on sale. She’s trying to hide their bad quality, that’s it.

I purchased a few items. Some I liked, others I did not. I wrote a positive review for one and a negative review for another. Only one published on their site...

I initially gave this company a negative review but I am updating my review due to them taking ownership and rectifying the situation. Transparency is everything, especially during difficult times. I plan on giving this company another shot in the future.

I would never order from this company again for not helping me when their delivery company DHL keeps lying to me saying my package was delivered when all was delivered was my Amazon package. I never received your package from your business. I keep getting terrible customer service and no help with my issue. I want my money back to from your business. They keep making me feel like a liar when I know for a fact that their delivery company DHL is lying to me and to them a lot. If I was you I wouldn’t order any products from this company ever again and neither should any of you. Save your self from the worst business and delivery company DHL ever and don’t do business with them ever!!!

I purchased a beautiful pair of earrings from Olive and Piper to wear to my daughters wedding. They arrived quickly and were absolutely perfect. Very good quality and I loved the fact they were made in the USA.

This company is amazing, I received all of my jewelry, but one pair had a missing gem! The customer service was so quick, they replied and sent out a new pair on the same day. The jewelry looks absolutely incredible, and online pictures don’t do it justice. It is intricate and perfect for everyday wear. Also, it's classy enough for my wedding day for the other pairs. I highly recommend Olive & Piper. Support your Canadian shops :)

I feel like I should edit my 5-star review. I purchased a lot of jewelry from this company. It's really cute, but I only wore each piece a couple of times. Stones fall out, post easily broken, and tarnish quickly. Unfortunately, it's a bit pricey for costume jewlery. Maybe invest in real gold jewlery if you would like pieces that last longer.

These pieces are amazing! They make a causal outfit into something special and i feel like a million bucks in my jewels! This is now my first go-to for gift giving as the selection and pricing is great as well. I have two daughters who also love the products. Thanks for the attention to detail and caring what the customers think!

I am highly disappointed in this company . I bought myself earrings for my wedding, a bridal party of six both earrings and bracelets and the mother of bride and groom both earrings and bracelet. So I ran tight on money to even buy myself a matching bracelet until now when I got an email saying 25% off sale items so I thought great! I’ll be able to buy my junior bridesmaids earrings since there’s a set of 3 and then it’s my birthday next month so I thought I could get my full price bracelet and get my free birthday gift. It of course wouldn’t work so I chatted with Kiera about it from customer service. She rudely explained that I couldn’t combine coupon codes and also said it was 20% not 25% off sale items and didn’t even know what coupon codes were out there. She didn’t offer the solution that was obvious... do one transaction of buying a bracelet and adding the coupon code to get the free birthday necklace. And then honoring the 25% off the earrings because I already spent over $400 on costume jewelry and I’m only asking them to honor their false advertising. Apparently I should have seen it in the fine print. Great customer service (sarcasm)... Jewelry is over priced and cheap looking. Don’t be fooled by instagram or this company.

Also interestingly enough, my one star review never made it to your website even though I’m a verified buyer. And I can’t even return my jewelry because of your customer friendly policies. Now I can’t even match a bracelet to my earrings because I refuse to give more money to a small business company who treats good paying customers like this. I’m so so disappointed...

First off, I emailed them to cancel my order, never heard back till 3 days later saying it was SHIPPED when I clearly wanted to cancel the order, then anxiously awaited to see if the order will come in time for the wedding. Low and behold, I am a stressed out bride who ordered $152 worth of 5 earrings, and I received 2!!!! TWO EARRINGS OUT OF FIVE. I am leaving for my wedding in a few days and cannot get a replacement, and there is no one to contact over the phone, only through email! This is disgraceful, I've never had issues with an online company before with such awful customer service, let alone sending me an incorrect amount of items. How hard is it to count the items being shipped?!? I better be refunded the entire amount that I paid!!!

Fake company. Agree with the most recent review. This does not appear to be a real company. I placed an order over two weeks ago and have not received any updates or a shipping confirmation. I've tried contacting their customer service and received a curt response questioning my definition of "delay." In what world do you think waiting over 2 weeks before shipping an item is customary? Apparently there is fine print on one of their product pages that says items ship out 4 weeks after order.

They're probably waiting to order your item from china and then ship it to you. That's likely why the shipping delays. DO NOT BUY from this company. Total sham.

I've bought a few items for my girlfriend from Olive and Piper. She loved everything I bought.

The bracelets and earrings were beautiful! I always get compliments when I wear them. They arrived in a week and the follow-up email and confirmation was great. I would order from Olive and Piper again. Great quality for the price.

It's been quite the odyssey looking for the perfect jewelry to match my wedding dress. As a non-jewelry person on the daily, it was difficult envisioning what I could wear that would feel understated but still add a special touch to the overall look. Olive & Piper is one of the few jewelry brands I've found that offers a range of styles for even the most minimal of jewelry wearers (me) while remaining budget-friendly and ethical. I love my Everly Cuff and Bailey studs and can't wait to wear them on the big day (and beyond)!

Lovely! The jewelry looks great! My only complaint is that the necklace set doesn’t seem to sit together like in the photo online, which is why I purchased it in the first place.

Slight variation in the jewels on the earrings I got. I’m not sure if the light reflects differently because of size and shape but in certain lighting you can see variation in the jewels. Overall love the design and the company, very pleased by my experience. Definitely recommend to others!
