Very beautiful clothes. Have been in contact with the customer service a couple of times and it has always been a good experience with very good service.

I just love these clothes so so much, they're gorgeous and the fabrics are lovely. I really wanted to give it five stars because I cannot stop wearing the pieces I bought recently but there are one or two small drawbacks. The one size approach is vague and although I love the loose fitting aesthetic the dresses are very large on me and I might get one of them tailored in a bit, even though I'm very average sized. The quality of the craftmanship also seems hit or miss since one of my dresses is perfect but the other has messy seams and loose threads. However none of this is very visible and it doesn't affect the quality of the look overall. Fast shipping and beautiful earthy designs.

So pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items I received - well constructed and good cut/materials. I'm from Cheltenham and have known about this brand for years and years but never purchased anything from them. Years ago, the clothing was for very petite women, and I never bought anything, but they seem to be making things for tall girls now.

Great quality, great style, good value

I love Olive’s fashion, however as a costumer located in Denmark it is an unmanegable task to purchase from the online store with tax regulations due to Brexit.
I brought this to Olive’s attention, but they did not respond.

With already very high shipping costs and pretty costly high street fashion, it is way less manageable to purchase online for an International costumer.

I recommend International e-commerce stocks, regulating prices for International costumers or maybe just do proper costumer service.

Will sadly no longer be a regular costumer.

Only few items available to fit those bigger than a size 10 and those that are, are more often than not, also listed as fitting a size 10 which doesn’t inspire much confidence around receiving an item that will fit properly, if at all. Nice designs but so far from being size inclusive... very disappointing. A disappointing approach to body image too- if you’re bigger than a size 10 the clothes are shaped to hide your body. Waste of time looking through all the nice items that aren’t available to most people.

Overall I love the designs from olive, but find the quality disappointing, several things I have purchased have developed holes or just not washed well. I think given the price, I would rather buy from other brands such as Toast, where the quality is so much better with better known environmental credentials.

My daughter ordered a few things from them. It was acknowledged by Olive that she had not received the clothes, but customer services were not interested in helping find them/give a refund/resend them. It was very frustrating that they would not give a telephone number to call. Eventually, after much chasing, they gave a refund for clothes which were then out of stock and sent the rest of the order, but she won't be using them again. She feels very bruised and upset by the experience.

Great quality designs, excellent quality fabrics and very good support. It's a shame the euro prices are higher now after Brexit but I guess that's not their fault. I'll certainly continue to be a customer.

Yes, probably a hit and miss company using dodgy third world factories with poor quality control at all ends. One cardigan was great, a shirt great too (yes oddly scratchy fabric, but I have kept anyway pretending it is a cowgirl sort of experience) and the other cardigan had the worst formed button holes I have ever seen on anything ever in 40 years of shopping. Shame really as it was quite nice. The refund happened without any trouble. If you want loose clothes then go for it. Don't bother if you want anything that 'fits' it isn't what they do.

Love the look of the website and was ready to part with over £250 when I realised the very strange sizing - one size that supposedly fits from a 6 ("oversize") to 14 ("more fitted"). Doesn't make sense to have such vague sizing and from what I've read in other reviews, their clothes fit only if you are size 8-10, no bigger. Shame, I will have to buy elsewhere.

Fantastic to find this company who offer wonderful knitwear at really good prices! Ordered 3 things sweaters/ cardigan planning to send some back but they were all so lovely and great value i kept them all and know I'll have great pleasure in wearing them! Postal delivery was good too! Would recommend and looking forward to looking at their dress range when the weather gets warmer!

I have ordered twice from Olive Olive The first time halloumi and the second time halloumi and oil.

The packaging on the halloumi is unbelievably good, the delivery times are brilliant and the oil delicious.

I WILL be ordering from them again and the supermarkets can keep their plastic halloumi imitation.

I’ve received the parcel with 4 items from the Olive shop. I did an order for the first time. I am super happy and since now I am a huge fan of this brand. Everything is perfect (design, fabric, size), and the shipping to Russia is fast. I am pleased and proud to say that I’ve finally found my favourite brand! Also guys from the shop reply for questions very fast and in details.

Over the moon! I bought the Jay chunky jumper in orange around April time. I had wanted one of their jumpers for years (specifically an orange one!) but could never afford it; however I had started a new job around that time so thought I’d finally treat myself. As the weather was actually super warm from then until now really, I hadn’t actually worn it. It’d just been in my wardrobe waiting for the Winter months! I put it on for the first time late September and noticed in the evening that the back of the collar was completely coming away from the jumper. It was a huge hole and not something I could’ve done, nor could I easily fix. I emailed Olive to ask if anything could be done, as I was truly devastated that I’d finally been able to buy such a pricey (completely justified, just not what I’m used to!) jumper and it was falling apart. I wasn’t really expecting much as I had bought it so long ago, but they were unbelievably helpful! They offered for me to send it in for repair, or they could offer a full refund if I wasn’t happy to wait (about a month to get it back) or if I wasn’t satisfied with the repair when it had been done. I was more than happy to wait as it’s my favourite jumper. I put a pen mark on the inside label to help identify it if it got lost, but I didn’t need to! Olive were aware of where it was at all times and updated me when I asked. It’s now back with me and the repair seems pretty strong :) worn it twice and no sign of the collar coming off. Fantastic customer service, with quick, helpful and super polite replies, thank you so so much!

Clothes look absolutely beautiful online, but ordering them is very hit & miss with what you'll end up with.

It's such a shame most of the products are one size only. I'm sure it's fine if you have the 5'8 size 8/10 frame these clothes are based on, but as a petite 5'2 size 4/6 most of these clothes absolutely drown me. Honestly, I look like a toddler who got lost in my mum's wardrobe. When you're spending £60-100 per item you want them to actually fit properly not just 'sort of' fit.

I've only managed to keep two of the items I ordered and had to send everything else back :(

Please consider branching out into 'proper' sizes Olive!

I've only recently discovered Olive, but have fallen in love with its high quality, timeless products. Products are beautifully finished and whilst on the pricier side, are worth every penny. Have ordered twice now - both deliveries have been exceptionally prompt and the one item I returned was swiftly dealt with. I can't wait to shop with Olive again.

Fantastic customer service! I live in Ireland and had an item posted out.- it had a small fault and so the team dealt with it promptly and professionally and certainly went above and beyond!

This brand truly deserves more recognition. The quality of their clothing is very nice, a lot of wool blends, linen, and cotton materials in their clothing which I like because they are natural fibres. I do like to stay away from polyester/viscose (because they are cheap quality).

Now the price is pretty high (each pieces is about $200 CAD because of taxes and duties) but I think it is justified by the quality of the fabric as well as their excellent customer service and super fast shipping.

Their clothing is basic which makes it extremely versatile. As well, they have some unique styles. I do love their embroidery series, I have yet to find another brand that makes similar items such as their embroidered dresses and sweatshirts. Most importantly their customer service is amazing. They offered me adequate compensation for a jumper that had a manufacturing defect (it was in a unnoticeable location and was fixed with a few stitches).

Now about the sizing... first of all, I am 5'4 110 lbs usual size is XS/S. I have purchased sweatshirts, dresses, a skirt, and some knits from Olive. The skirt had an elastic waist so it could fit a variety of sizes. The sweatshirts and dresses fit really big but I believe that is the look they are going for. Some knits fit big but some fit just right so it depends on the item. Honestly I purchase from them because I love the way their clothing fits oversized and it's very encouraging to see that their model is the same height as me (and not 5'9 like most clothing models) so I know exactly how the garment will fit on me. On the plus side, one size clothing means I don't have to struggle with picking the right size.

Overall I'm extremely impressed and would purchase again and again. I can see myself wearing the pieces for a long time because they are so versatile, high quality, and even though it's expensive, it's worth the $$$
