The cut is beautiful on their volk wool pants, the finish details too, BUT the fabric quality is not acceptable. In higher stress areas there's HEAVY pilling, connected to low quality fabric. I'd wish... See more

Really poor fabric quality!
I loved the designs on the website, and the clothes looked a lot better quality than actually arrived in my mail. Really disappointed, because the price was really high, so I was execting it to at least be decent quality.
I won't be buying here again, and would advice you to find another place to buy your clothes too.
Consistently good experience
I’ve always had a great experience with Olive. Their clothes are stylish and of high quality. Dispatch and delivery has always been quick, with lots of communication. Any time I’ve had to make a return I’ve been refunded promptly. I will definitely continue to shop with them! :)
TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE
Wildflower Printed Dress, beautiful dress but very cheap fabric and poorly made.
I bought a dress and the fabric started to tear apart after a couple of wears.
Then i contacted customer service, they sent me a new one but after only a couple of wears the same problem happened again....I contacted customer service again and got told
''This is a very popular style for us indeed, with no systemic reports of technical issues with the fabric. We've replaced this for you on one occasion in good faith, but unfortunately we wouldn't be able to support a second replacement.''
I don't want a replacement, i want a refund!!
Olive clothing, so Nice
Olive clothing is a very good brand, the quality of clothing is there and the delivery times are fast! Just the packaging could be better but otherwise everything is great!
Lovely unique silhouettes.
Lovely unique silhouettes and good quality knits. I've found that most of the designs are flattering for petites, which can be hard to find.
Quality very poor
Not true to size. I received a faulty item, refused refund. Quality does not match price. Price does not match quality. Never again.
Excellent Clothing Quality and Service!
Very happy with my order from Olive clothing. Recently purchased one pair of Twill Volk Trousers in Black, one Richard Work Jacket, one Oversized Boxy Tee in Clay and a black belt for work and couldn't be happier with what I received. The silhouettes are beautiful and the clothing quality is excellent. Olive's web team were attentive too, as apparently my address wasn't correctly added to their system, so I received an email asking for clarification and the problem was solved within 15 minutes. This was my first purchase from Olive, and after my experience I will be purchasing from them again in the future.
BEAUTIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I read bad things about Olive’s customer service, but I had a disaster with a returns due to Royal Mail, and the person I spoke with was so kind and understanding. I was really stressing but they put me at ease and made it really easy for me to sort out.
Thank you to whoever I was speaking to!<3
Horrible Leggins & Customer Service
Poor quality and first leggings that didn’t fit right that I have ever bought and I’m 5’5” 125lbs. I’m thinking this is stretchy material how could you mess up them fitting right? Contacted the company about poor quality and not fitting correctly. They responded with asking me to send pictures of product which I did. Then responded with wanting me to give the measurements of the pants. This was confusing to me since they make the product and you would think they would know measurements. Then received another email stating that they wouldn’t be able to give me a refund. Such a waste of time!!! I would give a zero if possible.
Disappointing lack of inclusivity
Stopped short of purchasing anything from Olive Clothing due to the lack of any sizing available for larger people. Pretty disappointing for a brand that seems to pride itself on having had 'a journey of discovery not dissimilar to many of our similarly socially conscious customers; starting from a desire to achieve uncompromising ethical standards'. Unfortunately the compromise seems to have been an embarassing lack of inclusivity and a social media campaign that literally only shows people between sizes 8 and 12.
Lovely clothes, sizing hit and miss
The clothes are lovely and look like they do in the pictures and the quality seems good. The sizing is the big issue that would stop me from ordering again. I’ve bought 5 things from here and only kept 1, however the customer service has been good and the returns quick and easy, so it’s fine you don’t mind a few trips to the post office!
Beautiful clothes even if a little on…
Beautiful clothes even if a little on the expensive side. Love the jumpers.
Be careful with sizing tend to be small fitting. I am a 10 and sone "one size" dresses too small which is a shame.
Would recommend definitely
Stay away from this shop!!!!
I purchased a coat for my first Mother’s Day. I opened the box and was immediately disappointed! Fabric was paper thin and it looked like coat has been worn. Bright purple marker stains were very evident at most of the seams around the collar. It looked like coat was made without any care or attention to detail, marked with a purple marker / pen and sewn up leaving those purple stains on a nude light- coloured coat. Also, right sleeve had that same purple stain and a small superficial 1.5 cm long cut through the fabric. Seam around pockets was so badly stitched, I could see strings sticking out in several places. I wander how item like this could have passed a quality control.Coat looked like it was made by a child! I was very upset as it was insulting that someone hoped (who packed that item) that customer is stupid enough to not notice what state this coat is in. How could item like this be packed at all? The worst part is that after writing them all this (precisely what I wrote here, and yes I was upset and it was justified!), olive customer service got back to me saying that no one has ever complained about the quality of their items (lies as I found many very negative reviews on here alone). They shamed me for being upset about the coat by calling my complaint aggressive. Email was somehow insensitive, my feelings about this bad experience were dismissed. Yes, they were fast to reply, which is good. I sent that horrendous coat back and refund was fast as well. But customer service is rude as they were arguing with me and made me feel as if my complaint is inadequate. I have never ever received an item in such a bad state. Even Primark does better quality clothes. I mean it! Do not recommend it. Also, in today’s modern society that tries to be more inclusive, OLVIE discriminates women of a bigger size. I brought it to their attention and they have ignored it. They only sell clothes for women of size 8-10. I find it preposterous and not inclusive to other women who are of a bigger size. Stay away from this shop.
Love this website
Love this website, the clothes are beautiful and shopping is incredibly fast with refunds for any returns within a couple of days. Can’t fault it only wish I could afford to buy it all!
It's a trap...
For the price you are paying you would expect a quality that reflects it. But instead the clothes are made poorly using cheap material and with obvious flaws.
If you you want something that is going to last longer than 3 washes don't buy anything from here.
If you want something that isn't see through don't buy anything from here.
If you want value for money don't buy anything from here.
Also their claim for being conscious and sustainable seems dubious as none of their clothes have labels with any information. No idea what the cotton content is or where the clothes are made.
It's all just a con and don't bother wasting your time.
Sizing is very off
I’m a standard size 12 and ordered using the company’s guide but even the large was way too small on some items. I got a lovely jumper which is possibly even on the large side and a nice top but the dress skirt and jeans are all too small. It’s a real shame as they make some really pretty unusual clothes but I probably wouldn’t risk ordering from them again as the sizing is too weird.
Very disappointed
My first order today would have been some beautiful earrings but one of them is obviously flawed. They aren’t exactly cheap either. There is no telephone for this company which is more disturbing. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering from them again!
first time buyer but never again
I ordered stuff from them and had to send back everything even though I was ready part with big £. That one size fits all means it fits you if you are petite/skinny and short. At 168cm I was way too tall for their clothes. I’m a size 6-10 depending on cut and elasticity of the clothes (I have size 2 and size 4 stuff too) with long torso and short legs. The dungaree I ordered was tight and short on my legs and way too oversized on the top with the straps sliding down on my shoulders. I also ordered a fisherman’s knit and it was short on my torso and on my arms and tight on my chest, even though I’m hardly a B cup. Also, the material was cheap, plasticky and itchy. In this day and age not being size inclusive at all is absolutely unacceptable and topping it off with overpricing such ill fitting and cheap material garments... Would not recommend. The clothes are so pretty on the hanger and look so good in their photoshoots it’s easy to lure you in, but when they arrive, it’s disappointment all around. If you are not sample size, don’t bother ordering.
just recieved my second jumper as loved…
just recieved my second jumper as loved the first so much ,although my choice of colour had sold out i couldnt resist a second choice . I am so pleased with these jumpers most of all how quickly they arrive so a big thank you.
Great quality, style and comfort but need more sizes
Olive has become one of my favourite brands. The quality is good and the clothes are beautiful. It is a little expensive to be sure but so far I don’t have any complaints from any of the items that I received. Everything I bought from there was beautiful, unique, stylish and comfortable. Delivery is very fast which is also a big plus.
The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because of the sizes. The skirts, pants and some of the dresses are only available in small sizes. One or two of the items that are supposed to fit larger sizes too didn’t really fit me (size 10) all that well. It would be awesome if some larger sizes were available as well.
