Omg! This ring set is gorgeous 😍 ✨️ I actually forgot about ordering it! It was a little surprise! I love it so much!

I ordered 3 pieces, two arrived without issue. The ring I ordered is not the ring that was sent with the rest if my order. It could be a nice ring for someone else but not my style. Neither the email address provided on their site nor the WhatsApp number are viable and I really want the ring I ordered, not the one they sent. Completely unable to contact them to correct their error and in reading other reviews the email address they state to use is the bogus one that goes nowhere.

This site copies photos of products on Etsy and other sites. I ordered a hexagon cut alexandrite ring, and later found the original seller, Ohjewel, on Etsy.

The ring from Olivenorma is a plastic toy. Seriously, it's not even trying to look genuine. I've taken a photo of both rings side-by-side on my review of the product in Etsy ("Hexagon cut Alexandrite ring for women vintage unique cluster Alexandrite engagement ring white gold silver art deco moissanite wedding ring" by Ohjewel).

I wish I could upload a photo here so you know never to fall for these Chinese/Hong Kong scams, claiming everything's free only pay delivery.

These sites change names regularly (I've seen many copies on Facebook since), but they use the same tactics to trap us. Please be careful!

Beautiful choices. Unfortunately, the ring I bought from them went from silver to rose gold colored. Not my cup of tea, but the rose gold color still worked with the ring's design, so I just rolled with it. What I don't really care for is that 5 months after purchase, my ring feels like the shank/sizing bar area could easily cut me depending on the situation. Right now, I have the rating in the middle until I hear back from cust. serv.

Update: customer service email kicks back a mailer daemon that went into my spam. Guess I learned my lesson, and now to pass that lesson on: Buyer BEWARE.

I ordered a Moss Agate ring set and it was honestly soooo beyond beautiful when it got here , and it got here FAST!! I have noooo complaints about this company and definitely deserve 5/5 stars! I wish I could post a picture/video of the ring because it is so gorgeous !!! Will definitely be ordering from here again and the customer service is fast and good at responding too !!! WORTH IT!!

(I know this is long but it’s worth the info)
I ordered a ring from here that claims “it will not fade, change color or leave stains on your finger. Made with black gold plating that will not tarnish” & yet after only 4 days of wearing it my finger is green & the “gold plating” is tarnishing to the copper color. I absolutely do not recommend buying anything from them.
Edit: after talking with customer service for over a day I finally received my refund after they said and I quote

We noticed that you left a negative review on trustpilot, indicating that you receive the product have quality problem.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences.
We can give you a full refund because we fight for you and we value you as an important customer.

Have a nice day.” To which I said that I expect my refund with or without the review because it is a quality issue which lead to them saying

I then received my refund after mentioning the CRSA federal law, threatening getting the FTC & BBB involved. Customer service was responsive & willing to help with my concerns though so that’s the only reason they get one star!
