I ordered a hand held steamer.
It arrived in an unbranded box, no invoice or warranty.
Instructions in a Cyrillic language.
Ask for a refund.
No return label.
Told to organise myself to send back to Hong Kong minimum cost £45 less handling charge. Told it may get lost anyway!
They offered a small discount to keep it.
Ask for instructions in English.
Received instructions for a carpet cleaner.
When correct instructions arrived I realised part number 12 was missing.
Asked to send photos which I have done.
As yet no response.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. THE STEAMER COST £129.00 !!!! AND I CANNOT EVEN USE IT.

I received a handheld steam cleaner from this company and wasn't entirely happy with it the instructions were only in Greek and I thought it would be cord free which it wasnt. I asked to return it and requested a refund, there was a return address on the label. However I received the below instructions from the customer service:-
You shall be responsible for all return shipping fees.
A 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
The whole return procedure takes around one month.
International return shipping cost is roughly £35 (please confirm the exact rate with your local postal service).
You need to provide us with the return tracking number after sending the parcel.
Any reimbursement will only be arranged after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please be aware that if the returned parcel is detained by customs and cannot be delivered to our warehouse, we will not be able to arrange any reimbursement as we cannot take possession of the goods.
It has been many a year since I have found a company so unhelpful think carefully before you buy one of their products.
