Olive-Kate OXFORD Advertise on…Instagram

Olive-Kate OXFORD Advertise on Instagram, as a U.K. family owned business, but my experience makes me believe it is a scam Chinese outlet. Please be aware!
I ordered a so called pair of orthopaedic beige slip on shoe which showed in the Instagram advert having a stretchy elastic side, from the front tongue to the side of the shoe, the cheap shoe I received did not have this added support. The pair shown on Instagram showed a deeper heel too, than the pair I received. The pair I received are cheap and nasty. They came screwed up in a tiny white post bag that had the air sucked out of it, squashing the shoes out of shape. I had expected them to be boxed at the very least.
I was so cross that this scam outlet advertised as a family run business From Oxford UK.
I didn’t get a response to a request for a refund.
I sent a second request for a refund, but there was no response to it either.
I was suspicious a few days after ordering, when I didn’t receive the goods, especially as their advert stated they were based in Oxford and I live in the next County! The delivery took 12 days! Tracking was made impossible too!
I now have no doubt at all, that they came from a scam Chinese outlet.
I have now been given a a Credit Card Dispute number from my bank, who are looking into the this dispute. I have since looked back on Instagram and they seem to be putting the same advert on for these shoes, but using a different company name! I won’t swear on here, but I really feel I want to scream!
Buyers please be aware of these scam companies!

I received the beige orthopaedics

I received the beige orthopaedics
Loafers after saying they were in stock
I had the impression that Kate and Oliver Oxford were in Oxford !!! They took weeks to come and Luke a previous review where just in a bag all crumpled and not orthopaedic at all
The advert on instagram clearly shows a gusset in the shoe and wider but the shoes I received were canvas and no gusset , clearly a cheap china copy shoe .DO NOT BUY !!!
I had several emails with a lady called Clare who didn’t like the fact I pointed out the misrepresentation of these not coming from UK , not orthopaedic and not worth £36 .just a cheap copy of the shoe they show !! I also like to note the reply from them. !!!
There was another review here that they replied the same to .
Also the loafers advertised had gussets and looked like slip on , these were hard , no gusset and just a cheap shoe . They continue to advertise on instagram and use a few different names !! Which they denied . !!!
I have tried to return and there’s no info how to do this ,I emailed this lady called Claire who us now not responding !! I have contacted my credit card for a chargeback .
I would just like to add an update getting a refund is impossible 2 weeks in they keep trunk to say you have to pay to return etc , talk to your card company and get a dispute raised !! Instagram had to to be held to account letting them continue !!!

I have received the beige loafers…

I have received the beige loafers which i ordered after the advertisement on facebook. They are shown very smart with a box saying OLIVER AND KATE OXFORD. THIS IS NOT OLIVIA AND KATE .LETS BE CLEAR ABOUT THIS. TRUST PILOT NEED TO PUT THIS UNDER THE CORRECT HEADING.
They cost £36 . They arrived in a plastic bag inside an Evri delivery bag . They do not fit and are all scrumbled, the stitching inside the shoe is different to their sdvert. I can clearly see that I have been scammed . The same shoes are on the Chinese Website Temu for £12.
I recently had a new hip and wanted a good slip on shoe for my recovery. No way can I wear these cheap rubbish shoes.
I have requested a full refund and I am waiting for their response .
Facebook needs to shut down these fake scammed.
