Do no buy anything from this company, cheap stuff plus no company support at all

Wish I’d read the reviews first! SCAM company do NOT buy from them !!! Didn’t receive item refusing to refund trying to claim through bank now

Goods not delivered. Completely stupid proof of delivery showing a food hygiene certificate (my kitchens not that good) and refuse to refund

Strongly advise NOT to purchase anything from this company - cheap polyester products and a return address in China which Royal Mail advise not to use. Cannot believe this company is allowed to continue trading on the internet

I purchased a men’s polo shirt on the 17th November 2025. Unfortunately the top as been lost in transit. I e mailed this company explaining I haven’t received the goods I paid for. Basically they said they have been delivered. Not to me May I say. Take it up with the couriers is there anything else we can help you with. Complete joke of a company. Luckily I’ve only lost £35 however if your purchasing goods from this company be very aware that if you don’t receive em you will be out of pocket. No refund or goods.

Only giving 1 star as I can't give zero! I am gutted. As all other reviews say - awful cheap quality. Certainly not a gorgeous thick suede cosy top i was expecting to be purchasing for my husband for christmas. £40 wasted. I don't want to pay more to return to China thanks ! I can't afford to throw away money like this. I am so upset.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS UNDERHAND AND SNEAKY COMPANY.

Jacket received is entirely different to one pictured and described.
It came from abroad after long time waiting. They take returns but I was told to send it to China on my own duty.

SCAM!!!! I too have been hoodwinked by this company thinking I was buying from a company in Oxford. Horrendous quality cheap materials printed elbow pads and stag. I opted for the 30% refund as it was the safest option please don’t make the same mistake 😡

Has anyone received a refund for return of any garments to Oliver and Grace or is that a con as well?

I can only echo the other negative reviews on here. I am appalled by how this company operates and in correspondence I received this:

Oh dear, looks like i've fallen for the same scam as others have. I though the name Oliver & Grace Oxford together with their website promises gave it some credibility. The shirts I ordered are junk, I will not ever wear them. The email discussion around the returns policy is very polite, offering 30% off, then 60% voucher, then - send it to some bogus address in China. Ever seen an address like this?

I've learnt my lesson - DO NOT BUY from this type of random company. Go through a reputable e- or retailer.

Do not buy from this company . Jumper £90 on sale for £39.95 . Nylon cheap rubbish . Photo and description of clothing item completely different from what I received … not fire safe …. Very thin ,no elbow pads …shown on description … just coloured with clothing dye !!!!!!! Stag front of jumper , transfer plastic iron on sticker !!!!!!! White cheap fur on inner nylon collar using material similar to what I stuff knitted dolls with .. advertised photos show the jumper to be a a thick warm item …. Absolute tat !!!!! I do believe customers would walk past this item of clothing if hanging on sale shop racks ….. stay clear from this company …… PLEASE PLEASE read reviews …. Even to cut this jumper up for dusters would be a waste of time as the nylon material is too thin ,would just gather the dust and not stick to material … as well as dangerous to wear if you were to be near anything with flame / fire !!!!!’

No connection to Oxford or premium quality whatsoever. Payment processed in the Netherlands and average quality polyester (not cotton rich as advertised) shipped from China, thus delivery took almost 3 weeks. Even at the sale price my tops were over priced for what they are although at least the sizing is ok. Once bitten, twice shy and lesson learned about checking reviews and not being taken in with slick photography and persuasive descriptions.

Imagine waiting weeks for this and then receiving a dreadfully cheap product not fit for purpose. I could have cried when I saw it.

This company cannot improve, and I feel really stupid for not looking into this company like I normally do before purchasing products.
I bought the Jake Comfortable Zip-up pullover in Navy, looks like really good quality on their website. Well I received the item and what a cheap nasty pullover it is, nothing like the quality I saw on their website. The fabric was thin and shiny, the inside was white, not navy, every aspect of this pullover is wrong, and quite frankly I find the advert misleading. Now the craftmanship - the zip is not placed correctly leaving a hole, the stitching from the seams is stitched in white, and this is very visible on the outside. I would not put my dog in it.
I have contacted them and I received an offer of 15% off to keep the rag they sent. I have refused that as the item is faulty so in my opinion my postage should be free, but after now reading reviews and the wonderful game and cost of sending this item back is not worth your time. I have just read that one person had sent their item back which it cost them over £20.00 to send due to the fact that you have to send the garment back to china. You actually think you are buying from London in the UK but apparently not...
I am now looking into the company as I am sick and tired of these people ripping people off with their false advertising, now I have the bit in my teeth I have done some more research only to find another company selling the exact same garments and the website just looks like it has been cloned, so needless to say I will be leaving a message on that too. We work hard for our money and with all the living costs increasing this is something that no one needs at these difficult times. I hope who ever you are reads these reviews, karma can soon come knocking.

I purchased the same item as the person below, 13th November. When it arrived it looked nothing like the image. I am trying to return the item, but getting very frustrated. I am being told that it will cost me to return so they would like to offer a % off for me not returning it, and protecting the environment. If the item is not suitable, it’s not suitable. I work in customer services, and would be appalled if myself or any members of my team operated in this way. Should have read Trust Pilot first. Lesson learnt. Surely, looking at other reviews this company needs looking into.

Absolutely shocking company! My husband saw what was supposed to be a thick Scottish fleece at £40. It looked beautiful & well worth the money. But when it arrived, the package was as small as an A5 envelope so we knew this was a big mistake! The material was shiny, like the old shell suits. The elbow patches weren’t patches but just a different colour shiny material around the area. The fleece inside was supposed to be super thick was actually super thin! Complained to the company who offered a discount to keep it. My husband insisted on a refund as their advert says ‘100% money back guarantee’ but what it doesn’t state in clear bold was that is only after the customer pays the postage to have it returned!!! They stated this was made clear in their advert but who reads the tinsy winsy wording somewhere apparently in the ad?? It certainly wasn’t worth paying the £20 postage to return it to China! My husband had no option than to keep it & accept the £12 refund. He’s now £28 worse off & has an item which is only suitable for the bin. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Who the hell are Oliver & Grace anyway? Total scammers fleecing money off the public.

Whilst they keep you up to date with shipping the quality of the clothing is not anything like the pictures.
The garments are VERY thin, the elbows pads are just painted on & not in the right area. Overall not worth the money spent. The 2 stars are for emails updating on shipping.

False trustpilot score, false UK claims, poor polyester quality and poor fit unlike the photos…should have seen it coming and now kicking myself. Do not go near a naked flame with it unless it’s to get rid of it! I am an idiot with £40 less…
