I initially reached out to Elliot Green of Oliver Elliot when I found myself in the unlucky position of being a creditor of a dishonest company going into voluntary liquidation.

As someone who had never been in this position before, I contacted no less than 15 solicitors and professional liquidators to understand what my next steps should be. In each case, I was met with vague responses followed by quotes of GBP 10,000 just to have my case reviewed. In all this, Elliot was the only one who broke down the liquidation process, how it would affect me as a creditor, and all of the unwritten things I could/should anticipate.

Elliot was extremely generous with his time and unrivaled expertise. Despite being unable to move forward with him as I truly would have liked to (final decision wasn’t up to me), literally every single thing Elliot said could happen HAS happened including the most unforeseen and minutiae.

Throughout what has been nothing short of a horrible nightmare, Elliot has been ridiculously responsive, answering my oft frantic emails within minutes, and has helped me tremendously in understanding the process of liquidation.
