This is the highest quality suit I have ever owned! I've been a management consultant for the past 15 years, so suits are part of my life, but in the past I had always bought suits off the rack and received the standard alterations. Oliver Wicks offered me the opportunity to own a fully customized suit for the first time, and at a reasonable price point. Their customer service is top rate as well - they asked me to confirm a few measurements, just to make absolutely sure, and I'm glad they did. What arrived in the mail was the most beautiful, perfectly tailored suit I've ever owned. I'm wearing it right now, and it fits like a glove!

I have placed two orders with Oliver Wicks and had amazing experiences both times. Even the first order had great for out of the box and the feedback I gave was perfectly executed in the second order. The customer service is exceptional, with quick responses and always helpful.

The cut and the fabrics are of course, excellent as well. Highly recommended.

I odered a made to order vendetta suit. The suit is of very high quality material and workmenship. The jacket and the pants both fit great. No alterations were needed. I was skeptical at first. Now I am buying an additional sportcoat.

I could never seem to get a good suit off the rack that would fit me how I wanted, that is when I started to look in to custom suits and started doing my research. I decided to give Oliver wicks a try because of the reviews that I had seen and I can confidently say that I'm not disappointed, far from it. The patterns are beautiful and you can't go wrong there, but we all know that probably as important or even more important is the fit. The reason why now I have bought more than 10 suits from Oliver Wicks is because they really work with you on getting the fit just how you are wanting but they also give you good sound advice on maybe something that you are overlooking that will make the suit fit right. The customer service at OW is superb and that is why I kept coming back. Start with just one suit first and work on getting the fit right on that one and then you will see that everything else will be easier.

I have purchased a number of suits from OW in the last few years, and I encountered an ordering snafu with my most recent purchase. Their customer service came through and was able to resolve the issue after dealing with an unexpectedly complex matter. The suit fit and finish quality has always been top notch, and I am happy to add that they have the service to match.

This is my third order from this company and each one has been better than the last.
I ordered one of their suits for my wedding which fit perfectly and requires no additional tailoring. Most recently the subject of this review is there a navy blue blazer. It fits exactly right with a slightly more casual look due to the less structured shoulders.
Each of the employees of this company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the order process not only easy but enjoyable. The turnaround times are very quick considering they are having clothing custom-made for you in Europe. And lastly it is important to me to buy A product made with pride in Europe and not in some Third World sweatshop. I cannot possibly recommend Oliver Wicks highly enough.

Oliver Wicks (OW) recently made me a Petrol Blue Check Wool & Cashmere Blazer that turned out perfectly using measurements from several other orders I have placed over the past five years. The company has always been very responsive via email and is willing to work to get measurements just right.
My left sleeve is a little shorter than my right, which OW accounted for in their pattern, so they accommodate such details provided a customer gives them accurate measurements.
My advice to anyone considering a custom order for the first time is to use a trusted tailor to obtain your measurements. The garments will fit only as well as the measurements you provide.
The value OW provides is excellent, especially considering their selection of fabrics and the reimbursement they will provide should you need a local tailor to make a few adjustments. They are more expensive than the run of the mill off the rack suits and blazers, but less expensive than many made to measure options. Their quality garments should easily last a decade or longer provided you properly care for them.

Best for ongoing customers.

I have ordered two suits and a blazer from OW. The first suit was made based on my self-measurements, and required some tailoring and the remake of a vest. This was done very helpfully and with very specific help and advice from their service team. The second suit arrived and required no alteration at all...and the blazer has come, again with an outstanding fit. If you look at me, you wouldn't think I am an unusually shaped person, but I have a few oddities (e.g., slightly short arms, slightly disproportionate chest) such that nothing ever fits me well without customization of some sort.

I do not own any $2000 suits so I cannot comment on the comparison of this experience to that one. This experience, though, is at *least* as good as I have had with a walk-in clothing store where I bought something off the shelf and had them tailor it in a similar price range. And of course the huge advantage is that there is much more choice available.

The fabrics I have received have all been stunning. I have not owned them long enough to comment on wear, but the look and feel have exceeded my expectations on each occasion.

So, if my experience is a guide...this is a great place to start an ongoing relationship for buying suits (etc). Be prepared to be patient on the first one, but be prepared to be thrilled with the second.

I really like Oliver Wicks, I worked with Emilia who was patient, helpful, upbeat and went above and beyond! Having said that, I think there are limitations that I encountered and limitations to the business itself.

Getting the measurements right was challenging. I spent a long time and even then the first iteration of my jacket and pants wasn't right. This is where Emilia really really went above and beyond to help me adjust things, and for that I am grateful. However, I also had to take the jacket to a tailor and the adjustments they had to make were challenging as well. It almost didn't work out because there are limitations to what they can change. Thankful they tweaked things so the jacket is useable. But even after months of work, the jacket and pants don't fit perfectly. Maybe I am too picky, but for that amount of money I would prefer a closer fit.

In summary, if you have lots of time, patience and are able to get very very very accurate measurements then Oliver Wicks is definitely the company you want to work with!

Amazing service and quality of fabric! I've felt I get more than what I pay for with Oliver Wicks. Staff is amazing and so helpful! Megi is one of the staff who has helped me since day 1 and has always been so knowledgeable and insightful with fit. Overall an amazing company to work with when purchasing suits! I ordered a pair of dark brown loafers from OW after purchasing and returning similar items from Allen Edmunds (too tight) and To Boot NY (leather was not great). Checked my e-mail a few days later and there was a notification from William at Oliver Wicks. He informed me that the pair they had left in my size had been returned by another customer who had apparently worn them outside which left some abrasions on the sole of the shoe. However he assured me that the uppers looked brand new and if I decided to proceed with the order OW would discount the price. I agreed to go ahead and purchase the shoes simply because I was so impressed with the service I received. At any rate I received the shoes and they were exactly as William had described, the soles would have looked the same after a few days of use and the uppers are in perfect condition. OW checked all the boxes for my purchase, a beautiful product, great fit, fast shipping and top notch service.

I thought I was taking a gamble buying bespoke clothing online. Their measurement procedures were accurate, the fabrics exquisite and online follow-up thorough. The garments are beautifully constructed and the fit precise. I am very happy with their product and service and will use them for future purchases. Thank you so much.

Oliver Wicks delivers basically everything you could ask for in a seamless suiting experience.

Their first take was not too far off, but even then, they recommended a remake. No fuss! They're not messing around with customer retention!

The suit itself is certainly good enough that I don't even know what else I would ask for, in terms of build construction, and quality.

Now, admittedly, I've never worked with another MTM service, but I don't see why I'd need to. They did such a good job taking care of me that they've earned my loyalty as far as I can tell.

Don't wait; do it now, because it takes about 2 months to get the suit, so give yourself some time to make sure they can take care of the exact details you'd like!

Two months ago I took it upon myself to order a suit from every made to measure company that ships to Alaska. Each suit company was sent the same measurements, each suit was a similar color and the styles were as close to each other as possible.

Today I received my last suit which was from your company. Here is my feedback.

Quality of material: your company by far has the best feeling and looking material.

Construction/craftsmanship: your company has the best crastmenship by far!

Fit: Out of all the companies only two suits were close to my fit/body type. Black Lapel fit like a glove, except the sleeve length was off by about 1/4 of an inch to what I like, which is not a huge issue. But your company, once I put on the suit... it was by far the best fitting suit I have ever worn!!! Not only was the pants and vest perfect the jackets fit was excellent and the sleeve length was perfect!! And there was no color gaps!

By far out of all the companies I have ever ordered from your company is the best!! And now all my suits will be from your company!

The best MTM service in my opinion. The fabrics are excellent and the customer service is superb. Note that MTM is a process and it's normal not to get it right in the first iteration. The good thing is that the Oliver Wicks team gave me great instructions on how to properly give feedback to allow their tailors to accurately make corrections. I'm very happy with the final product and I will be returning to them for future suiting needs.

I ordered my first MTM suit with Oliver Wicks after doing some research on the MTM companies out there. I chose to go with Oliver Wicks because of their partnerships with classic Italian mills, so I know I'm getting quality materials, and from a tip by a trusted friend who is a hobbyist tailor.
My order was very easy to make, and I was surprised with their professionalism and expedient process. My Oliver Wicks rep, George, made sure to answer all my questions and work with me on getting a well fitting suit. And in just a couple weeks, I had a full canvas 3-piece pick&pick suit at my door even with COVID-19 going on!
The suit fits very well and I am incredibly happy with the craftsmanship. No loose stitching, no imperfections that I can find. I want to be the first to say: Bulgarian tailoring is the new best thing.

As someone who owns better than 30 suits at both ends of the spectrum of quality and price from the least expensive off the rack suits costing $300-500 to the bespoke suits costing in excess of $5,000 and everything in between. Oliver wicks becomes very hard to place on that scale. The quality is reminiscent of the bespoke tailored 1 of 1 suits. The price however is just marginal more expensive than off the rack. The suits they offer are made with luxurious fabrics from some of the greatest and most historic mills. Vitale Barberis Canonico arguably produces the greatest fabrics in the world from their great everyday wearable super 120-150’s to their extremely ultra rare Greenhills station super 160’s. Think of any great fabric mill: Brunello Cuccinelli, Scabal, Zegna, loro Piana you name it the fabrics by VBC are surpassed by none! But enough with the fabrics let’s get back to Oliver Wicks. From as simple as being able to choose the style of the lapel and the number of buttons to as technical as whether the jacket is half or fully canvased gives you so many combinations to choose from, they truly offer something for everyone. This review has dragged on long enough and I know I’ve discussed the company ad nauseam but I have saved the best for last. What stands out for mewhen ordering from them has to be their customer service team. My Rep Emilia truly is one of a kind. She is amazing in every step of the process from styling suggestions to new fabric releases the value she provides is next level. I truly look forward to her email after ordering a new suit!!
