I purchased a Vendetta premium charcoal birdseye suit. The fabric is beautiful and it fit great. It was very easy to work with Oliver Wicks and I will purchase from them in the future.

Suit arrived early and fit great. The Extra pair of pants was a nice bonus. The material was excellent. Clearly will order again. My 3rd suit from Oliver Wicks.

I am so impressed with this company and their staff. I just received my third suit and first blazer from Oliver Wicks. The three suits have been different fabrics from Vitale Barberis Canonico. Each one a little different, but fantastic in color and the quality of the fabric. The blazer I received was the tangerine and blue check navy blazer by Reda. The word that came to mind when I put it on was WOW. The look, fit and quality of the blazer is truly amazing. The vendetta premium dark grey pick and pick suit is the best fitting suit I’ve ever owned. I just received the traditionally worsted tangerine check navy suit. Again, fantastic fit and quality. After receiving my first custom shirt, I ordered 8 more. It was the first time I ordered a custom shirt - I will never purchase a shirt any other way. My only complaint is that I would like to see more options. In the fall I ordered a navy coat in 40r. These are not customizable, but the fit out of the box was perfect. Throughout all of my purchases I have worked with Carissa. A couple of my suit pants were a bit loose around the waist. I took them to my tailor to have them taken in. I provided a copy of the receipt from my tailor and was reimbursed within three days. Carissa updated my measurements with Oliver Wicks and my subsequent purchases have been just right. It has been a pleasure to work with her. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their people. Thank you Oliver Wicks.

Great customer service and great final product! I ordered two suits from Oliver Wicks. As promised on the site, they made one first to ensure it fit properly, and only then did they start on the second. This turned out key as the first one came in and did not fit. I took some photos and described the issues in an email and they quickly sent me a new one. This time it fit perfectly. At this point I shipped back the original in the same packaging as what was sent to me and told them to get started on the second suit. Second suit came in and again fit perfectly! The Oliver Wicks team was super helpful along the way and always responded to emails super promptly. Great experience!

I’ve had several suits made by Oliver Wick. Each time the suits were taylored to fit and did not require any adjustments. I am very pleased with my purchases and the overall experience. Most importantly the prices for quality material are very reasonable. Great job.

Great experience, high quality garments, attentive and expert customer service. Result is a perfectly fitting suit that is clear cut above others at an incredible value. I also love the fact that these are made in Europe of the highest quality European fabrics.

After reading some of the reviews, my experience is not so different. I have been a repeat customer of Oliver Wicks since 2017, however, I checked every MTM suit maker online since then. I have researched through YouTube, referrals, and I have gotten suits from almost every possible company. There have been some businesses that have gone the brick and mortar route because their business was good, and obviously a lot of new companies have emerged as well, however, as many have stated in their own stories, the best value and customer service has been from Oliver Wicks. Prices may have gone up since I started buying from them, but what has not? Also, universally, everyone in the industry has done so as well. I have worked with Megi and Svetlana for over 5 years getting shirts and suits, and it's nice to know that they are still there and helping many others as well! Made-to-measure from Oliver Wicks is truly the best value, where you know the location and fabrics from textile mills compared to getting suits from over the rack, even at high end stores, where the sales people know absolutely nothing other than the price. It is a learning experience for sure, but once you have the product in hand and you can feel and wear the final piece, it is incredibly worth it. Again, the customer service is great, and you have many options to customize your suit, making it painless. My advice is just to order ahead of time because it typically does take roughly 45 days before you get your suit.

Ordered a Suit after watching some YouTube reviews. A little skeptical at first but decided to give it a go! Easy to fill out the questionnaire and submit photos.

Customer service was incredible with timely responses. Suit arrived around the 4 week mark (let me know ETA ahead of time).

Suit came well packaged and pretty much fit true to my size. Now just have to do the final touches at my local tailor which they cover up to $175 for the fees.

Cannot wait to get another suit!

Oliver Wicks is exceptional. They responded rapidly to status enquiries. Carissa went out of her way to respond even on weekends!. The shipping they use is quick. Finally, the quality of the suit was simply excellent.

2 words- absolute pleasure. not only is the Suit amazing but the customer service is second to none. I’m definitely not an easy customer to deal with and I had to send close to 50 messages back-and-forth and the customer service replied to everything fast and always went above and beyond. I’ve dealt with the other big suit places and they’re not even close to Oliver Wick‘s customer service. They’re also the only place that I could find that offers S150 wool in black which is amazing.
I can’t say enough good things about the experience.

Normally not a big proponent of writing reviews, but I was compelled to write one after many wonderful, helpful, and overall genuine encounters with Carissa. She has been the best in terms of her level of attention to detail and going above and beyond in terms of keeping me updated as to the production of my 3rd suit from Oliver Wicks.

Perfect fit right out of the box, beautiful fabric, excellent service. It couldn't have been a better experience or a better suit!

The 21 Micron fabric has such a nice look and feel. It drapes very nicely and the soft padding on the shoulders blends perfectly. I highly recommend, and I’m seriously considering buying more from the 21 Micron fabric collection, especially for the drape/feel of the pants.

The customer service must also be mentioned, as it was spot on as usual.

Additionally, I continue to be impressed with how fast the clothing arrives from Europe to California. Simply amazing.

This was my first time purchasing Made To Measure suits online, i was a little skeptical at first. But Wow.. The suit fits really well, and their customer service is on a different level. One of the agents, Carissa, helped and took care of all my needs. Very professional, i am definitely coming back to buy black suits once they are back in stock!! Great experience, and i highly recommend!!!

Five stars. If there were six, I would choose that. The suit arrived earlier than projected, it was all that was promised as for the fabric and look, one very small alteration at my tailor's, and it is the best suit I have ever owned. Carissa at Customer Service is a rock star and redefines customer service. Never thought an online experience with something so personal as a suit could be this perfect, but it truly has been. We used OW for ordering a wedding suit during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Their customer service, attention to detail, quality, professionalism, quick production, and shipping have made us customers for life! Special shout out to William for emailing back and forth with me, being kind, and assuring me that the suit would be ready in time for the big day.

This was my first time ordering a tailored suit, and the experience was great. They guide you through measurements and if something seems out of the ordinary, they communicate with you to double-check. I followed the guide and the suit came out wonderfully, without the need for further alterations. They even go as far as offering a cover charge for any alterations you need made locally after you receive the suit. All in all a great experience and they will be my go to for all formal wear needs.

Oliver Wicks is a great place to find quality MTM suits and shirts. I like how they use the actual fabric color/type as titles instead of some cute name that doesn't mean anything. (i.e. "navy pick and pick" vs. "Camden's navy blue") It's little things like that that make OW appealing to me. One of the few downsides to OW is the lack of choices for suit linings. They have great choices, but just not very many. I'd love to see a few more color choices to customize the suit.

The best suit by value hands down! It's not bespoke, but it's pretty darn good, especially for the price point! I've tried other brands at different price points, sometimes double the price, and this is the best! Their ties and pocket squares are very good quality too!

My only advice to the consumer is to probably not get your dress shirts from Oliver Wicks. The suits, superb. But since I can't put in a different fit for my shirts, they don't always look like I'd want them too.

My advice to Oliver Wicks, what's up with the jacket breast pocket? Or is it the pocket square? The jacket breast pocket is so deep that my I have a hard time keeping my pocket squares visible. They always seem to slide down such that they become hidden.

EDIT: A team member from Oliver Wicks reached out to me and informed me that you can have different shirt measurements versus the suits, and that pocket depth can be adjusted! Alrighty! It's confirmed! Oliver Wicks is you one stop shop for you dapper dandies out there!
