Absolute top customer service
Absolute top customer service. Despite usual practices Olivia Burton went all out to get my order to me in time. This included in moving the order in the weekend.

Items were left on my doorstep in full view of anyone passing by, this was despite someone being home to take delivery. My signature was forged on the delivery slip as signed for. Customer service were dismissive of this and not particularly helpful. I won't order from here again.
Fake jewellery
I purchased 2 pairs of earrings, advertised as silver. I have not even worn one pair yet but the pair I have worn occasionally has started to tarnish. I’d buffed them myself with my cleaning cloth but they kept turning a funny colour again after a few days so I took them to the jewellers to be polished/buffed up. He had a look at them & told me that the reason they keep going a funny colour is because they’re not actually silver. They are selling fake jewellery. I would never buy from here again. Can’t return them as they’re out of warranty! Tried to contact them but no one has bothered to contact me back. Rip off company.

I have bought 4 Olivia Burton watches in the past and always been satisfied with them. My attempt to buy one as a present failed.
Having received multiple emails from the company offering 15% and 20% discounts, I had hoped to make a purchase. On every attempt, after inputting credit card details, I was told my purchase couldn't be made. I contacted the company on each failed attempt. First of all they blamed it on the credit card company (I used 3 separate cards) but then said I should try Paypal. I did. This also ended in failure.
As if this weren't enough, my final message from the company having told them that this too had failed was very sarcastic. They used multiple question marks ( to mock my questioning of their IT systems) and hoped I would "stay safe and have a great day".
Wouldn't use the company again, despite the quality watches.
Refunds process unclear and LONG!!
Returned an item on 4th July, they received it back on 7th July, after contacting them twice and being given different information both times I still await my refund of £85 It’s been 3 weeks how long does it take !!!! Really disappointing and frustrating

Poor Customer Service – No Help for Missing Order
I ordered from Olivia Burton and never received my item, even though it was marked as delivered. When I contacted their customer service, they simply told me they couldn’t offer a refund because the package was marked as delivered – even though I never got it. They gave me no real solution and just told me to take it up with my payment provider.
This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service, especially for an issue like this. I won’t be ordering from them again.
Faulty clasp on chain
Chain was too flimsy and kept coming undone. I ordered the encircle chain, delivery was great and when it arrived I was really pleased with it, although it was heavier than I thought it would be. The chain/clasp came undone numerous times and the first couple of time I thought it was the way I done it up. I had someone else do the chain up and it still kept coming undone, fortunately I always managed to to catch it. However I had it for all of a month and eventually it got lost. Made this a very expensive treat. Such a shame as it was so lovely.
Cheap and Nasty
When the pearl earings and necklace arrived I was totally shocked to find each item wrapped up in see through plastic. The necklace was rolled tight and looked exceedingly cheap and flimsy, if I removed it from this package I couldn't return it! Considering both items were nearly £100, there was no way.I was keeping these. It wasn't easy to arrange a return but I got there eventually. Now I am waiting for refund. My advice is don't buy from them.
Waste of money
Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased one of Olivia Burtons bracelets! Very cheaply made and the clasp are absolutely useless! Only got chance to wear it twice and it’s lost ! I definitely won’t be buying anymore!!
Strap let's it down
Beautiful watch, loved the pattern on the clock, but the watch strap which I learnt was vegan has let it down. I had to send it back after a few weeks due to it beginning to fall apart and have had a replacement strap which is also now doing the same thing. Love the watch but don't recommend getting a vegan strap especially if they do not stand by giving a replacement or fixing it - which they were reluctant to do the first time.

No customer service…
Unfortunately the customer service equates to offering you money off a further purchase. In effect, the item you have that is useless being replaced will cost you 150% — not a good deal. Poor quality poor experience and customer service do not give a damn.

Ever Stacked Claw Rose Gold Plated Hoop Earrings
I bought a very nice pair of earrings(Ever Stacked Claw Rose Gold Plated Hoop Earrings), but in 2 months more than half of the gemstones fell.

Wouldn't give 1 star if I had the chance. Awful quality. My Christmas present arrived in vacuum sealed plastic which made it difficult to unwrap, the clasp on my earring was bent. Another review references the same pair of earrings as mine. Poor quality for the price.
After complaining, I was offered a replacement but was informed they could not accept the earrings back due to hygiene and safety reasons, and I should pick another pair, as my earrings were not in stock. I picked another pair and was then asked to return the original earrings in order to receive my new pair?!
Was told there was nothing further to offer other than a 40% off voucher.
Had to fight tooth and nail providing evidence from previous emails that they could not accept them back, and was offered a 'replacement' and not an 'exchange'. The case handler then started being passive aggressive and patronising towards me and twisting the situation. I gathered evidence from all the other reviews on here for them to finally agree to replacing my item. Luckily, this was all done via email.
The hilarious part is that my replacement earrings arrived... BENT!
Olivia Burton will never have my business again.

Received a bracelet as a gift. It broke after occasional wear. No warranty and no replacement for faulty product as was more than six months since purchase. It was 9 months.
Offered a 40% discount voucher so I could buy again. No thanks. I don’t need anymore overpriced tat!!
Quite frankly disgusting quality and customer service. Seems to be a common theme on these reviews.

Fraud
I ordered 4 items before Christmas and decided to keep 2 items and return 2 items. Only 1 out of my 2 returned items (in the same box) has been credited. I have tried to phone but the phone lines aren’t working, I have filled in the customer form and no one has replied and I can’t get anywhere with the online chat. I escalated the complaint over 10 days ago and have tried to contact twice in the meantime and not heard anything. This is deceitful and fraud as you have the item back in your possession but are withholding my refund! I have order many items over the years with Olivia Burton but I am extremely disappointed with the service I am not receiving and will be contacting my bank, sending all my evidence if this isn’t resolved asap!
PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!
I will gladly update this review at any point the matter is resolved! Until then I will not be recommending Olivia Burton
Pretty designs, dreadful quality.
Bought a watch - very pretty but I'm shocked at how poor the quality is for the price. Strap feels cheap, and a few months on the roman numerals on the watch face are all falling off and are now rattling around behind the glass on the watch face.
No refund after a month
Had to return the item due it not suiting the person I bought it for. Returned the item on 6th January, still waiting for the refund now. The advisor said it would take 14 working days...
I understand it was the festive period but that is ridiculous.. I've now been promised a refund in another 7 working days.
I wouldn't recommend this company due to length of time it takes s to receive a refund
