I have four Olivia Burton watches and three are broken within two years. I have a classic bee in silver where all the bee and the number lines have broken off and two with moving adornments, a snow scene one and moving gold bees and they are all stuck under the rim. I have a small square bee, the only one still ok - a gift from my Mum before she died, I hope it lasts - costing over £100, I imagined these would be lifetime treasures. Very sad an disappointed.

Unless you want to be racially discriminated and treated very unfairly - don’t visit the Covent Garden store. Complained but no one was interested in my experience. I have tonnes of stuff from here but I’m never buying from you again.

Do not buy.
Ordered a pair of earings for a birthday presant, when arrived one of the earings was broken, the bit that goes through the ear was not attached to the front.
Sent email with photo, asked for replacement.
Received E-mail back sating item must be returned using the link, send confirmation of collection and a replacement will be sent.
I sent confirmation Via E-mail.
The reply E-mail informed me the item is out of stock. They can put on back order (This was a presant)
I then asked for refund, which now takes up to 14 working days.
Not a great service.
Sorry but won't be buying from them again.
Bought a new pair of earings from Warren James,
same price but much better quality, Sister in law loves them.

I was given quick responses to all my queries and I was treated with courtesy and respect. I cannot fault my experience with Olivia Burton. Renata took ownership of my enquiry from day one until resolution and was a great representative of the company.

I received the wrong sized watch strap and only realised some months later when I went to change my old existing one. OB were fantastic and traced my original order, arranged for a return and sent out a replacement quickly. Excellent customer service! Plus I love the product!

Don't buy one of these watches if you intend to keep it after the battery needs replacing,once the back is off it's impossible to get back on despite it being in the correct position and level.
Why oh why would you just not have a screw type fitting instead,anyway the watch is now in the bin with a shattered screen as a result of the unnecessary pressure needed in trying to put the back on it.
Beggar's belief and I certainly won't be buying my wife another one of these.

*** You offer a battery replacement service at £14 ??? I bet you do ! You can buy 5 for a pound lol ***

I would just like to pass on some feedback for one of your amazing colleagues at your Covent Garden store. I unfortunately did not get his name but I am confident he was the manager of the store on Friday 31st and Saturday 1st April.

He gave Myself and my sister such amazing customer service, he was warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. He even recognised us when we returned the next day.

He really made it a fantastic experience shopping at your store and deserves recognition.

My husband bought me earrings and a bracelet for Christmas. The earrings broke the first time I put them on. Luckily for me a got a refund phew!!
The bracelet is a whole different story. Within a week 3 charms had fallen off. When I asked for a refund as obvious it’s faulty they refused. They offered me 3 more charms so attached them to the bracelet. They have all fallen off again. I was told I would have to pay if they fell off again ! REALLY!
Poor customer service and poor quality!!
I will never buy from you again and I will be spreading the word.

Terrible quality, My mum purchased some bee earrings, stones fell out. I purchased a bee pen, the bee snapped off within weeks, I emailed and was told no warranty on pens and I could receive 20% off another. Did not take them up on offer as not worth it even at reduced price.
I didn't learn and purchased some rainbow claw earrings for £55, stones fell out. I complained and they were repleced but I was informed not to get them wet.
I wore the replacement pair only twice and again the stones fell out. They had never been wet, not even the slightest splash. Didnt bother to complain as didnt feel it was worth going to the trouble of returning for a pair of earrings only suitable for a couple of wears.
I would go as far as to say the products are more than poor quality and not fit for purpose.
Total waste of money. Appalling company.

Amazing customer service, so responsive and sorted my problem quickly and easily!

My watch face came apart from the back and stopped working. I sent it back to the third party company that Olivia Burton use (free postage) and they sent it back fixed and shining in less than a week. Really super excellent - thank you ! It makes such a difference for there to be no faff and easy to resolve.

I just want to say how beautiful my watch is that I purchased a few months ago. I get lots of compliments when I wear it. I will definitely purchase from OB again. The customer service was amazing and delivery was speedy.

Bought a lovely necklace for my daughter and she loved it. It came beautifully packaged.

My husband bought me a bracelet watch for xmas, it fit but was a little tight so I emailed customer service and they set me out a couple of links free of charge. It fits beautifully now and I love the watch. The colours are so vibrant. My previous watch was OB love the brand. Thank you to Michelle for your help.

Bought my Mum the art deco emerald watch for Christmas, and she absolutely loves it. I ordered early in Dec, just due the strikes going on, and was prepared to wait, but luckily it arrived 2 days. Job done!

I had a problem with a faulty piece of jewellery which was dealt with promptly. Excellent customer service.

Well I ordered a ring weeks ago for a Xmas pressie still no delivery, money taken straight away so disappointed n this service

I ordered and item for a Christmas present. I was wondering if it would arrive on time. Emailed them at 6 in the evening and received a phone at 10 the next day. They promised to check out delivery and get back to me which they did and received the order as promised. Superb customer service.

Amazing, I ordered this a few days before Christmas and it came right on time the package that it was in was just as special as the gift it’s self, deserved 5 star if I could add more I would thank you :)

No contact only via email , I tried to cancel an order as my 20% code didn’t go through although it was definitely put in at time of ordering! I tried to call , email etc straight away after placing order but no way of contacting only by mail !

I have a mail stating they cannot do anything about it and it’s been shipped although I have had no confirmation!

The customer service is not good ! I will not be using this company again .
