The ordering process was simple but I was disappointed not to see a potential rendering of the product. Shipping took slightly longer than I anticipated and the item was a bit smaller than it looks... See more

Olivia Jewelry Satisfactory
Olivia Jewelry accpted my concern and were prompt and apologetic with a generous credit valid for 12 months.
Do Not buy this jewellery
Do Not buy this jewellery. It is not Australian, it is Chinese. The bracelets were so small thy would only fit an infant. I advised them the bracelets did not fit and they said it would cost me a further 30% to send me the larger size and when I said I would return them for a full refund they said they would only give me 25% refund. Stay away from them. They also go by the name of Austin and Olivia jewellery as well as other names. Buyers beware.

Avoid
Please be aware that there a few companies with very similar names /the quality from here is terrible. I wouldn’t pay more than £2 for the bracelet. It’s cheap and tarnished. Looks and feels like plastic. Colour is a dark orange rather than gold. And the birthstone looks plastic and cheap also.
Took nearly 3 weeks
Not answering emails. No way to send back
Avoid at all costs
Research and buy from correct company
Update. It’s already broke. And will cost more to send back than I paid

Customer service experience was great
Customer service experience was great, anytime I reached out to them they got right back to me. When I received my necklace I was relieved and excited about the quality and it looked just like what I ordered! Great quality! Would definitely order from them again!

The jewelry is super cheap
The jewelry is super cheap! I tried to return but you have to pay to mail back the items to Australia which would cost more than the item and then you’re not guaranteed they will ever refund you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

Wore bracelet for approximately an hour…
Wore bracelet for approximately an hour and had to remove it from my wrist. The itching was awful and lasted after I took it off. Very, very disappointing.

The jewelry is gastly
The jewelry is gastly. It is completely misrepresented. The earrings were huge and ugly and the second time I wore them the clasp broke. Also they have not responded to my emails asking for a refund. Do not go near this fraudulent bunch

Olivia Jewelry is one the of bigget scams and wastes of time and money
Olivia Jewelry is one the of biggest online jewelry scams, I ordered a bracelet from them that came in broken, I contacted them and now it has been over 3 months of emailing them and getting no response, no refund, or no replacement. Do not waste your money or time with this company.

Impressed as an under statement with the level of customer services I have received.
I have to say I am truly impressed with Olivia jewelry customer services. After having a minor issue, Olivia jewelry got in touch with me straight away and has resolved my problem.
I honestly have not experienced this lovely experience ever!!
I will absolutely be sharing my views to family and friends and definitely recommending this company to them.
Thanks again for everything you have done for me, I really appreciate it.

DO NOT USE
I wish I could give this company no stars. I ordered a necklace on the 31st of January, only to receive it on the 18th of february and the spelling on the name was incorrect. After chasing and chasing for this to be replaced and threatening legal action, the replacement finally got shipped on the 19th of March, only to be told yesterday it has been 'lost in transit'. The whole company is a scam, the material is cheap and the customer service is horrendous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Defective product, but never received the replacement for a new one
I purchased a personalized bracelet for my daughter to gift her at Christmas. I received the order approximately three weeks after I ordered it. I gave it to her on Christmas and after her wearing it one time only the bracelet broke and I would’ve taken it locally to be repaired but it wasn’t an easy fix. I reached out to the company by email because you cannot reach them by phone. I did receive a response a few days later from Angelie. She promised to replace the bracelet on 1/3/26. By the end of January, I emailed her again because I hadn’t received a replacement and she told me it was still in production and she was expediting it. Then again at the end of February, I reached out because I still haven’t received a replacement and I had the same answer again. I couldn’t understand why I received the first one in three weeks and now this was taking over two months to receive and she just keep giving me the same answer that it was in production. Needless to say I never did receive a replacement and I ended up buying a beautiful bracelet elsewhere, but I had to write this review to warn other people to be weary of this company. I’m Extremely upset & disappointed to be misled & lied to. It’s truly not fair that I lost $300 for a product that was poorly made, and sold by a company that didn’t send a new product or replace it.

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM! Their page/website states order ships 3-5 days after ordering! I placed an order March 28, 2026 and still have not received any tracking information. I emailed and customer service is NO HELP! They just say the order is still in production. No type of resolution or accommodations provided at all. So I will be disputing them with my bank and filing a report with the BBB for false advertisement! This is ridiculous! Oh also, you will be charged a separate “Foreign Currency Fee” which they do not make you aware of either! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT ORDER from this company! 0/10 recommend!

DON'T BUY
Advertising looks great - fancy box, beautiful products. Reality is different. Products arrive in bubble envelopes. Beads are plastic on an elastic band, like kids jewellery. The only metal part is the clip with charms. Everything looks VERY CHEAP. I paid almost £50 for something you could order from Shein. DO NOT BUY.

It's all in the name.
I received the two name and birthstone necklaces I had ordered for my daughters and they looked amazing. The time between ordering and receiving the items was excellent. Communication and tracking information was great. I am very happy with both the items I purchased and the speed of delivery and communication with client. Would certainly recommend this company and will be buying from them again.

My bracelet broke, but Dhei came to the rescue!
I ordered 2 of the Forever Duo bracelets for me and my best friend as sort of “adult friendship bracelets”. Shipping took a while but that is expected with custom jewelry, zero complaints. We received the bracelets, they were beautifully packaged! However one of my gems fell out about a week after receiving the bracelets (I believe the prongs created to hold the gem were not made long enough). I emailed the company and sent pics and Dhei from customer care emailed me back VERY quickly. She was very kind and quick to resolve my issue. She stated a new one would be made and sent and that she would pass along my information regarding the prongs to the production team. I’ll tell you what, she really did because I received my new bracelet and the prongs are a perfect length and I believe this bracelet will last me for a very long time. I am very happy with the responsiveness and the urgency to correct the mistake! I offered to send the first bracelet back to them and they said I could keep it :) overall a great experience!!!

Bad service and disappointing bracelet.
The bracelet I ordered finally arrived after 3 weeks and 2 days and about ten emails back and forth. The one engraved letter is so small I had to use the torch on my phone to even see it. What took so long I don’t know. Seem to have only one person working on customer service answering emails. For the price and delivery time I wish I had ordered elsewhere. If you’re thinking of ordering. Don’t bother.

Terrible customer service when there's a product issue
My sister ordered the Beaded Birthstone Initial Charm Bracelet as a Christmas gift. It didn't come on time for Christmas. I got it first weekend in February. Had it for a week, and it literally fell apart right off my wrist. I contacted Olivia Jewelry on February 15 on how to get a replacement, and it’s now been an over a month-long ordeal. The first replacement I was sent was missing the initial; I responded back to Mary from the company who I had been corresponding with, and she said that since the initial was still attached to the broken bracelet, they only replaced the bracelet and the stone, which had fallen out as well.
I said that was unacceptable, as I was not going to remove the initial from the broken bracelet, nor should I have to. Asked her to escalate to a supervisor, and I just got an initial charm in the mail. This is utterly ridiculous. Again; I should not have to repair the bracelet, I don’t have the tools to do it properly, which means I’d have to take it to a jewelry store and pay to have it done. They do not stand behind their products. Abysmal customer service. I first emailed on February 16, it is now March 25!! Don't buy from this company. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
