Have ordered my name necklace and one with my birthstone too for a special occasion

Ordered them through SHOP to be able to track fingers crossed I love them

Angelie was so kind and reassured me that my broken bracelet would be promptly replaced. I was mailed a new bracelet quickly and appreciate the excellent customer service.

This company is clearly a Chinese hack-job pretending to operate out of Australia. They sent the wrong sizes, the bracelets we received (3) barely fit a teenage girl let alone a women. They're almost comically small. On top of this, and most importantly, they spelt the custom name wrong... Spelling as another name completely. When we reached out to them for an obvious refund, they said "As a gesture of goodwill we will offer you a 20% refund"... These are suppose to be custom gifts for Mothers Day, that has passed now. They're spelt wrong, and sent the wrong size. What a joke of a company.

I purchased a necklace with my initial and birth stone. After wearing it twice, the birthstone fell off. I reported this and was advised I would receive a replacement. That was weeks ago and I am still waiting despite me chasing it up on numerous occasions. I continually receive the same excuse “it is still being processed”. I have asked for my money back but don’t hold out much hope. My experience with this company has been awful and I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I Purchased a necklace and earrings from the Turquoise collection. On receipt of the goods I discovered the necklace is absolutely nothing like what was purchased. It is a cheap and nasty product which I could have purchased at the $2 shop. On contacting the company all they said was they will give me a 20% refund if I keep the item but if I dont want to keep it I have to send back at my expense even though they are the ones whom have provided a far inferior product than ordered and looks nothing like what was ordered.

Wore the braclet no more than 3 or 4 times and the stone fell out. Messenger via FB, emailed and chased for weeks before got a response. Chased again after being advised they would send a replacement waited months and nothing. Chased again, no response.
Will not buy from them again.

Long wait for delivery and when arrived was not in a nice box as advised , extremely poor quality, was so disappointed as was for a gift but was to embarrassed to give it 😢

Delivery rubbish...not boxed as advertised...won't buy again from them.

Nothing further to say...did try to send order confirmation and comments from customer service but did not deliver.My review still stands.

I bought same necklace with a different brand & Olivia Jewelry stands out. Amazing toggle necklace!!! Quality, design, polish, craftmanship everything! Very satisfied. Not sure why they have a negative review here, could be the style they bought I guess. T-bar toggle necklace is the BEST!!!!

Gift for my daughter and she loves it. Great communication . Follow as well. Definitely would make future purchases

Ordered on April 16th and didn't receive by Mother's Day~Absolutely horrible customer service and communication ~Two necklaces were Ordered and Delivery Service states 3-4 days~UNTRUSTWORTHY and Total Scam ~I will request a full refund and file a complaint with my credit card company as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM OLIVIA JEWELRY ~UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Be aware this company is crap, no information about my order when is coming and track is useless, even contact with company is impossible, please avoid this company

Crappy quality!!!!! Bought 2 bracelets for granddaughters, and both lost the birthstone within days!!!!!

I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE MY REVIEW. FOLLOWING MY FIRST REVIEW I WAS CONTACTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICES AND WAS VERY PLEASED AT THE SPEED AND WAY THEY TRIED TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESOLUTION AND PREPARED TO GIVE OLIVIA JEWELLERY A OTHER TRY.
Finally got my items after a long wait of almost ONE MONTH.
Very disappointed with the quality of both the birthstone bracelet and the name and birthstone necklace.
The bracelet was flimsy and the birthstone small definitely not worth the £22 I paid. The gold colouring looked cheap and not like gold at all.
The necklace chain too was very thin and flimsy, the birthstone teardrop was okay sizewise, the name was done done well. However I don't think it was worth the £53 that I paid. Very disappointed in both items. Definitely will not be purchasing anymore items and will not be recommending.

Beautiful necklace with very good quality. It looks elegant, feels durable, and arrived exactly as expected. Very happy with my purchase.
