Very very very poor quality! The necklace looks great on photos. It’s not that necklace at all. The color is even reddish gold color which I hate and it is not like that on photos at all. The quality is terrible. And its not cheap! Hope you are reading those comments before you buy things because I didnt! I am regretting that I spent my 70 euro on something like this!

What a great experience! So after seeing my twentieth Instagram ad I caved and placed an order. And I am not sorry! I will admit that I started to get concerned after about ten days with no movement. So I wrote to customer service. I quickly got a response which was very clearly a person, not a robot. So that calmed me down. Yes, my order did take about three weeks to arrive. I’m used to Amazon shipping times! BUT it was absolutely worth the wait! I love my necklace! And it was such a great price for such a top quality piece. My only regret is that I’m not on commission because I have “sold” so many! I don’t gate keep! I tell everyone where to get it! It is really beautiful and I feel bad that I ever worried.

To help resolve this, we can offer you the following options:

Option A: Return for Refund
You may return the bracelet to our US or Australia warehouse. Once received, we can process a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs would be the customer’s responsibility.

Option B: Keep the Bracelet and Receive Full Store Credit
You may keep the bracelet and we will issue you full store credit for its value. No return would be required.

After i sent a complaint email expressing my dissatisfaction at the quality of
the jewellery & at the options to obtain a refund Olivia Jewellery have now apologised & issued a full refund for the 2 bracelets.
