oliviaroseaccessories.co.uk Reviews

I ordered from Olivia Rose clothing website in Nov 2020, I wanted my daughter to wear the tutu for her birthday in January 2021. Her birthday came and went and I never received the tutu dress eventhough I had sent so many follow up emails. No response until I contacted paypal and asked for my money back. She called me the next day and said the dress was already mailed out and asked if I still want my money back. I felt bad and said no since you’ve already mailed it out. I should have asked for my money back since my daughter’s birthday was already gone and it took her over 2 1/5 months to mail my order in the same city.
The tutu dress also looked different from the photos on her website. They look much nicer on her website, it looks cheap and the material is horrible, my daughter refuses to put on the dress and she loves tutus.
Please don’t waste your money and time
purchasing anything from her website.

Placed order, waited out the ridiculous delivery time. Sent email after email. No response at all despite them updating instagram on a daily basis. Getting in contact with higher up as this is a scam. Theft. Joke company

This website is a scam. My order never arrived. I contacted them via email and Instagram and have received no response. Do not order.

This is a scam page - they have bought followers on Instagram and post fake pictures.

I tried ordering from their web page:
oliviaroseaccessories.co.uk

Wich resulted in an immediate transaction but I never received my bought items. I have tried contacting olivia rose accessories on their email, instagram - but they never reply.

I’m currently in contact with my bank in order to subtract my money.

One star is one too many for this scam of a business!
