Corporate Business account? Great service.
Onboarding of my corporation’s Luxembourgish IBAN bank account via Olkypay was a pleasant experience, they seem to be rather crypto-friendly, they probably know that the future of succesful financial services will inevitably involve crypto-currency and blockchain technology, so they seem to realize that there are many potential clients that they can onboard, private and corporate and grow along with them. I hope Olkypay stays open and fair, as they are right now, and continue to give clients like myself a great service. Hopefully they will provide personal accounts soon, because there’s a real need. Keep up the good work Olkypay, and stay the course, the future belongs to those banks who onboard and support blockchain and crypto businesses.

Unclear account activation, hidden fees, UX/UI problems, hope for the better!
The onboarding and account activation process isn't that clear, as Olky might ask for additional documents every two days, and you never know when this process finally ends. At the end of the onboarding, we just got charged an additional €500 + €80 (VAT) for "KYC services." That's the only time I've experienced such a vast hidden fee in my life.
The UI/UX side of things is 3 out of 10, so they should put more work into it if they want to compete with Revolut. There are 3 languages available, and they should be equally interchangeable. However, everything is based on French. I even had to translate this TrustPilot form to understand "what's where."
I'm just starting to work with Olky, and I hope they will improve over time and my experience will get better.

La somme dont vous faites référence correspond aux frais d'ouverture pour un compte luxembourgeois.

fraud!!! i got scammed for 6000 Euro Zebitex x OlkyPay
I deposited 6,000 euros on the Zebitex crypto exchange on December 1st, 2023 and my account was then deleted. Since then I have not received any response from customer support via Telegram, email, phone or ticket. Zebitex is Olkypay's partner and I had to file a criminal complaint for fraud today. I have also informed the French and German financial supervisory authorities about the matter. In addition, the GDPR is not being complied with and questions about data storage have not been answered to date. This is based on Wirecard2.0 in combination with FTX 2.0.

This bank is worth less
This bank is worth less. The interface was made in the 80’a when there was no online banks. Out of the blue you need to verify a laptop, the email with the verification code never comes. Support is minimal, the app was made by a child.
They have highway robbery fees.
In short avoid them if possible.
