This food has made such a huge difference in my blue Doberman's health and skin.
I decided to try this after she had become so sluggish, sleeping all the time. Bumps all over her skin (BLUE Doberman's have skin issues) and at its worse point, she had stopped eating. When she pooped, it was just clear water coming out. Thousands in vet expenses and the vets still couldn't figure out what the problem was.
At the same time all of this was happening, my first Ollie box came. It took another week of her refusing all food before she started eating (we did get her to eat some of our food, like pepperoni and steak). She eventually started eating again, only one meal a day. Months later and just with in the last 2 weeks she has started eating 2 meals a day, here and there.
Before, she looked rough, with a lot of hair loss. Now, she is back to being VERY highly energetic, as she was as a pup. She looks good and obviously feels really good! Healthy poops. Her coat is shiny, for the first time and she doesn't get skin bumps anymore (or very little). Her coat is getting thicker too. This is some good stuff and more than worth the cost!

Shane's 5 star excellent customer service
Shane provided excellent customer service! He answered all my questions thoroughly and explained everything very clearly. After I shared my concerns and situation with him, he gladly provided me with several options that would allow me to continue giving my dogs good-quality nutrition while also saving a little money, which is especially helpful with today’s economy. I always want to give my dogs the very best, but caring for three rescue dogs can become quite expensive. I truly appreciate Shane’s patience, understanding, and willingness to help. I have a very quirky eater...no leftovers ,and what she ate fine last week she might totally refuse this week, so a regular delivery service wasn't working. Canceling was easy and a pleasant experience.

Don’t get scammed $$$
I completely agree with the other one Star reviews.  it’s impossible to take your credit card out and they will keep charging you! And it’s impossible to cancel online. The welcome box is a perfect size and then you automatically get charged more than five times as much for a subscription? It’s crazy. It’s all about money. It is NOT about your dog. The rep actually canceled the welcome box I had already paid for. What terrible customer service.

We never want to put anyone or their pup in a difficult position by any means, and I completely understand where you're coming from with wanting clarity and full control over your subscription and payments. We always aim to make managing your account as easy as possible, and I deeply apologize that this has been your experience.
To clear things up, while credit cards can't be deleted online if there's an active plan, any time a customer reaches out to our Canine Care Team, we are always more than happy to manually remove the card from the account for you. If you ever need to cancel a subscription yourself online, you can do so by going to the website, clicking on My Info at the top, and selecting Subscriptions to find the cancellation option.
Regarding your starter box—it sounds like you were able to receive and try out that first delivery since you mentioned it was the perfect size! However, if a customer service representative ever accidentally canceled a starter box that you paid for, we would always be more than happy to either issue a full refund or send out a free replacement box to make it right.
We truly value your candid feedback, and I have taken detailed notes of your comments so we can continue to improve our processes in the future. If there is anything else I can look into or adjust on your account to help, please don't hesitate to reach back out.
Great customer service is important now days....
First, the customer service is excellent if you have any issues with your order. Very friendly and quick response time. I've only had a couple of issues over the last year and a half and it wasn't because of Ollie, it was because of UPS delivery but as soon as I called they were quick to help and got me a new box of fresh food right away. My dog loves the food and is always excited to eat. The food looks yummy and is packed with nutrition. I highly recommend Ollie

Great choice for my German Shepherd
Axel, my almost 5 year-oldGerman Shepherd has been a picky eater for years. We always needed to dress up his dinner with eggs or cheese for him to consider eating it.
After reading a lot of reviews, we decided to try Ollie. Where do I start? He loves the food, of course. But now, in addition, his coat is soft and shiny. His weight is perfect and easy to maintain.

I cant say enough about how amazingly supportive Ollie's staff have been.
The vets and I have been trying trying to target some skin issues with my pup. So we have been rotating the variety of food options provided by Ollie. They have been so understanding and beyond accommodating. This has been really appreciated on our end :)
