Olpro drive away awning, 3 years old, materials degraded and tear in roof, used about 9 times in 3 years in normal camping conditions. Olpro will not offer recompense despite life time warranty. Would not recommend products. Cost approx £600 new

We would like to clarify that your purchase is not covered under our current lifetime warranty, as this warranty was introduced after the year your order was placed and therefore does not apply to your awning.
In addition, tent and awning fabrics naturally degrade over time depending on factors such as UV exposure, weather conditions, storage, and usage. Even with occasional use, environmental factors can affect fabric performance and longevity.
We appreciate that this is frustrating, especially with a product of this value, but we do ensure all warranty claims are assessed in line with the warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have sent you a section of repair tape which should help with repairing the rip and allow continued use of the awning.
We are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to provide the outcome you were hoping for.

Beach 4 Pole Compact Windbreaks
Hi There, I am very happy with the 2 x Beach 4 Pole Compact Windbreaks but am also a bit disappointed with them as the 2 of the bottom spikes came off during the first use and we had to dig them out of the ground only to find they had actually snapped within their own casing. Also the "Get in Touch" Form link isn't working.

My canopy support broke on installation of the first time of using the awing.
I feel that this was just a weakness or fracture of the collapsible frame.
However I was disappointed that no offer of discount or replacement was forthcoming.
I offered to send back broken item for you to check but you were only interested in charging us & we are just a couple of mid seventies pensioners who are fair weather campers, so there was not an issue of abuse.

Absent customer service support for a misplaced delivery
Over a week of back and forth with Evri and OLPRO for a parcel which was never delivered to my address nor to the ParcelShop I instructed delivery to. I even had to pay for the shipping costs, so finding myself having to chase both companies for answers is a joke. I even offered to repurchase the item in the meantime if they could ensure me it would be sent with a different courier, but the customer service completely ignored my point of view in relation to urgency (the item purchased is for an imminent camping trip and it was meant to be delivered last Wednesday). I've now requested full refund for item + shipping costs so I can purchaser the items from a more organized company, let's see how long that takes.
Lack of organization, slow processes and disregard of client's timeline are but some of the flaws of this company.

We purchased the Olpro XL driveaway…
We purchased the Olpro XL driveaway awning for our tall van and to be quite honest we cannot fault it.It is our first trip away with erecting the awning so are relatively new comers to this.After reading the instructions (twice)we started on our awning erection journey whilst watching your video at the same time. Your instructions and video make it so much easier but unfortunately we had a few mistakes but then the penny dropped and away we went and after a few expletives we finally had the job done (not quite 25mins)Gave us plenty of laughs though.
Delivery was excellent as we received our awning in two days of purchase, Quality of the product and service are also, would definitely recommend Olpro to others,so keep up the good work guys and THANK YOU

So easy to deal with and great products, ordered the kitchen pod to save space when we take the tent away, we ended up using it when we took the van too, so convenient and easy to put up. LET DOWN BY DELIVERY TIME
Ordered a breathable ground sheet, appears to be as described and quality is good. It also came in a bag which is useful if you have to put it away wet. The delivery time was very disappointing, it was promised in 3-5 working days and actually took 9 working days 12 days in all. Don’t know what caused the delay but had to postpone a trip to wait for it to arrive.

Delivery was very fast, thank you. The chairs are just what I wanted, good quality and very sturdy although heavier than most camping chairs these are the next level if your style of chair is sat upright not laying back in the sun.

Tent went up well but we don’t have any…
Tent went up well but we don’t have any rail on the van so we had to use the straps . They were too short. Really hard to get over the van. I would not be able to do this on my own . So not useable for what we wanted . I cannot use when I go away which is a great disappointment. We will try and look to get a rail fixed to the van as we cannot use it if we don’t

Great piece of kit
Great piece of kit. Set it up myself for the first time on the campsite when it was quite blowy. Worked a treat. Throw over straps worked so well too - I wasn’t sure they would as I had my pop top up but they did a very good job. It was so windy over the few days I thought we were going to be in a real life ‘Up’ film experience but not only did it all stay as it should, the awning coped really well with the wind! Loved the addition of the rubber ‘corridor mat’. Easy to deconstruct and get back into the bag too. 😁

Mega canopy, easy to put up
This is a fantastic canopy that is competitively priced. It's robust and super easy to put up. It packs away quite compactly and the adjustable poles are a smart black finish.
We bought the orange colourway but grey is also available.
Olpro were really helpful when this appeared back in stock but with no option to purchase on their website. I messaged them and they messaged back within an hour and I was able to buy it. Brilliant.
