Great but let down by EVRI
The magnetic awning kit worked really well, we did need to use a couple of guys lines as it was very windy the first time we used it. The experience was only let down by EVRI who took far to long to deliver the package. It sat in the delivery depot about 3 miles from my house for a week and was only delivered when I complained to them. Not Olpro's fault but I am becoming more reticent to buy from companies who use EVRI to deliver due to the very poor delivery service.

Paper thin terrible quality
Ordered a brand new awning from here around 2 years ago which has been up around 15 times in total. Weekend just gone ripped clean in half in moderate winds, bearing in mind on the campsite there's tents, roll out awnings, even sun shades, all withstanding the wind apart from this pile of junk. Straight down and into the bin.

I purchased an olpro air awning but the storm bars were faulty. I could not be happier with the service Olpro provided. They sent me 3 new ones without any arguements. This is what i call great customer service. I will definately use this company again if i need any other camping gear.
