Item purchased and paid for was never delivered and no communication whatsoever even after numerous calls. This is the second time this has happened. Will not be buying from this company again and will not recommend.

I am not impressed with the fact that I didn't know when the parcel would be delivered until about 12 hours when I put a call through to you. I think such information should be displayed on the transaction confirmation mail or something to help with someone's planning and logistics. Otherwise, the service delivery was great.

I have remained loyal even when things have eased out a lot, mostly because I get to have everything I want at once.

Great difference vetween picture and reality.
Your soups were a great let down. They were not fresh in look or taste and didnt meet or come close to regular restaurants presentation. There was s great difference between the picture on your website and the final product which shouldnt be. I wont be back for now because i am disappointed.

I ordered from these company yesterday afternoon and was surprised to see my order delivered at my doorstep this morning around 8am. I live in Exeter and was skeptical about ordering but trust me I had to drop this review about the fantastic service I received. The food groceries were well packed and was still frozen! I will definitely be shopping again soon!
