These items are shipped from China and there customer service and returns are awful and horrendous. DO NOT BUY. Cancelled my order within 5 mins of placing as advertised on websites orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering, still took money and shipped the items. Its taken nearly 3 weeks to get to the point of returning them and cost over £35 to return items I did not want.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY OFF THE WEBSITE BASED IN INDIA NOT LONDON. The dresses are the same as stuff you buy of Temu. Do not be fooled by the website.
I’ve tried to return but all they kept insisting is 10%refund or store credit, however they state 30day money back guarantee which is an absolute lie! You don’t get a return label they give you an address in India for you to pay to return items and even then you’re not guaranteed to get your money back. SCAMM!!!!!!

This company is a scam. Yiu aren’t ordering from a UK based company but from China
If you want to return your items they give you the run around then eventually give you the address for a Mr Wang in China and of course you need to pay shipping cost! Left me no choice but to try a charge back request with the bank on my credit card!

Do not buy from this company.
They are not based in London or USA anywhere. They are china based. The quality of the clothes are rubbish. They refuse to give you a refund and try to give you store credit. If you eventually can return, Chinese customs hold onto the item until Olviarose pay duty - but they wont so you lose either way. I wish I could add photo to this review to show that dire quality of the clothes.

First of all a great selection of classy clothing.. when ordering get a email confirmation and also if any queries also get a quick response so helpful.

I have been looking for an occasion dress over the weekend and most sites say delivery in 7-14 days which is no good as I need it for this weekend coming.
I saw this gorgeous dress which will be perfect.Within 24 hours of ordering I received an email to say the order had been processed and it was on its way.

Found them on Tik tok, very good variety of dresses was spoilt for choice. Easy to order through website has a size guide and quiz which made it easier to decide on the size, free shipping and refund policy straight forward. Would recommend on brainer.

Refusing my refund and withholding my money on terms not in their T&C’s.

Do not waste your time or money.

The size guidelines are a slight issue as for the item i ordered you have a size 10-12, 14-16. Why is there no 12-14? Although i did the size quiz, i have concerns that the item i bought may not fit correctly.

Do not waste your time with this company. Ordered. Dress they sent the completely wrong colour and the sizing is so wrong. Enquired about a refund and you go round and round in circles, they then ask you to ship it back to a complany in China at your expense it then gets lost and they don’t refund you it’s a scam I will be going to trading standards
