If I could give 0 stars I would! Avoid at all cost!!!! Dresses look nothing alike, quality is shocking, very cheap and returns are not easy and cost. Do not use those site!

I ordered my dress thinking it was coming from a uk based genuine company. My dress took nearly 3 weeks to arrive from china with china labels all over the bag I knew instantly that it was genuine. I ordered an XL dress to accommodate some space for my engagement party it come and when we measured the waist of the dress that was sent it was a 62 in there size guide that was an XS which obviously was not going to fit me. I emailed them asking for a full refund and to send the product back which they said they can do 10% refund and for me to keep the dress this has been back and forth of me trying to get my money back from company that sent the complete wrong product. Haven’t got my money back and dress 3 sizes to small that’s no good for me.

Cheap outlet in china - do not recommend. The dress that arrived was low quality and returning it is proving to be an absolute nightmare, they’re trying every trick not to give me my money back.

DO NOT USE! One star is generous. Complete scam. Dress looked nothing like image on the website. Customer service is absolute awful. Requested a refund and was told that I had to return at my own cost to china, as a result the total refund would be 25% of the price paid on the website. Absolutely abhorrent to name themselves Olivia rose London when in fact they have zero links to the uk.

Avoid avoid avoid. Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Like someone else has said, shipped from china, can get the same on shein / temu, the sizing is all out. And don’t even bother asking to return, because 20 emails later after them arguing with you, you still will get charged for returns

These items are shipped from China and there customer service and returns are awful and horrendous. DO NOT BUY. Cancelled my order within 5 mins of placing as advertised on websites orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering, still took money and shipped the items. Its taken nearly 3 weeks to get to the point of returning them and cost over £35 to return items I did not want.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY OFF THE WEBSITE BASED IN INDIA NOT LONDON. The dresses are the same as stuff you buy of Temu. Do not be fooled by the website.
I’ve tried to return but all they kept insisting is 10%refund or store credit, however they state 30day money back guarantee which is an absolute lie! You don’t get a return label they give you an address in India for you to pay to return items and even then you’re not guaranteed to get your money back. SCAMM!!!!!!
