Placed my order at 11am and had my kettlebells delivered by 3pm. Great customer service and great quality product can't fault it.

Ordered 4.30 pm on a Wednesday delivered 12.30 Thursday.
Now that's what I call excellent service.

I ordered a barbell on a Saturday. It was dispatched on Monday and here on Tuesday! Couldn't be happier.

I cancelled my order with a different company because their shipments were being delayed by... 3 MONTHS!

Should've bought the barbell from Olympus Fitness sooner.

I order a body pump set on the 6th of January which was apparently in stock with a same day or next day dispatch. Roll on 2 weeks with countless messages and phone calls (number doesn't work) I am no further forward. Apparently my order was dispatched and should have arrived, they asked if maybe my neighbour had taken it in, due to lockdown I am in allll day and alllll night so no, I am in for every delivery. My shop app hasn't even said this item has been dispatched.
Unfortunately I have given this company so many chances to get in touch as I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but they have left me no choice.
I hope if you do use this company your experience is better than mine!!

Ordered an olympic bar from Olympus Fitness. Have had a few bad experiences lately with ordering equipment during covid, so I emailed before ordering to make sure the item was in stock. Very prompt responses. Managed to arrange the whole thing via email and the bar was delivered the next day. They don't seem to have the ability to take card payments currently, but were happy to take cash on delivery so I could avoid delays with bank transfers. They were also very happy to take Euro.

All in all a very good service and would highly recommend. Would 100% use them again in the future.

I ordered a barbell and weights back in April, was told it could be a few weeks as stock was low, no hassle. Waited 6 weeks and got nothing, so sent multiple emails but never got a response. Eventually I got a generic email stating that I would receive my product the following week, or else a refund would be issued, but nothing happened. Left it another 4 weeks and followed up again with an email threatening legal action and got an immediate response saying my refund which I was promised 4 weeks earlier would be sent that week. That was 3 weeks ago and still have not received anything. Have sent two more emails since this and not a single reply.

So at the moment I am down £450 and absolutely no sign of any refund, so i will be contacting my solicitor to get this sorted.

As someone who runs a couple of businesses, this is just not acceptable, especially for a business of this size. Would avoid at all costs.

Highly recommend this store. They are going above and beyond under the strain of the current climate. I ordered an Olympic bar a couple of weeks ago and the product arrived today. It is of very high quality and I would not hesitate from ordering from them again. Special thanks to Paddy for his professionalism, communication and honesty.

Ordered an expensive Nordic Track machine which I was told was in stock late March and paid. Promised delivery mid April which didn’t happen.

Even if staff are working from home ( like most of us are) I’d expect at least a phone call or email to confirm where my order is and when it is being delivered.

Finally got my order after an initial lockdown period, but cant complain. Really happy with the weights and the price

Still havent received after 3 weekss. Ordered a step from UK and got it Thirs. Mailed and was told. Delivery is 5 to 10 days. You should advertise this pre sale as i would have went somewhere else.
