Do NOT deal with these people
Kicking myself for not having read the reviews here. Very similar experience to others on this site. When bike finally arrived about 6 weeks after payment, it was in poor condition. Bore little relation to the item they described in their advert. Repeated “promises” to replace it when I could get through to them but of course, lies. I am starting legal action in the NI small claims court today.
Would strongly advise anyone not to deal with this company.
(I see below one of the company’s former directors awarding it a 5 star review. Very professional.)

I ordered a refurbished Keiser bike but…
I ordered a refurbished Keiser bike but when I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation after a few days, I tried to call repeatedly but no one answered. After 2 days I finally spoke to someone, we discussed shipping dates but then the bike never arrived so I cancelled my order and informed the credit card company. When I looked at Facebook and trust pilot, I saw that my experience was not unique. Avoid these guys!

Hi SP, I do not recall this in particular. However we apologise for any inconvenience we caused you as we were going through a difficult patch. We have however had a great turnaround in business activity and cash flow, allowing quicker transactions and shipping etc.
You did get your money back also SP. So all I can say is sorry for letting you down.

I purchased a bike of these guys in mid to late November. No bike ever arrived, they have fobbed me off at every turn so in essence they have my money yet I have no bike or received no refund. Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with and I just pray I'm able to get my money back at this rate (I'm having to go through the banks to do so). Avoid at all costs.

David you got your money back, which I sent you personally at the time (not a bank reversal). You ordered on xmas eve, before we had a weeks holiday. That was the cause of the delay.
Your terrible review is highly exaggerated and is no help to a growing company.

You got your treadmill, a used one that you asked for. it was not to your satisfaction when you received it. That is a risk with buying cheap used equipment (which we advise against).
Anyway you got your money back and we got lumbered with a treadmill we sourced from England for you, AND you ruin our reputation by making us seem criminal on this platform.
This is very disappointing.
