Scam company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Low quality products made with cheap inferior fabric and not representative of the online stock photos.
Olympus would not entertain a return/refund, after extensive emails I finally got a return address but had to be sent back via RM special guaranteed delivery (£11.25) and lose 30% restocking fee.
I checked out the address and it is not a fulfilment centre for returns, just a UK registered address, shared with other companies and a suite of meeting offices for businesses to use.
Other customer have informed me their returns were subsequently sent back to them by royal mail ‘undelivered’.
I am in the process of a chargeback claim through my bank/creditcard to recover the cost.

Not even worth 1 star but have to rate to be able to post. AVOID THIS COMAPNY AT ALL COSTS.THERE IS NO QUALITY , ITS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING,CHEAP CHINESE RUBBISH, NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE, COMPLETELY MISLEADING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. I HAVE REPORTED THE COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS AND CAN ONLY HOPE THAT THE WEBSITE IS SHUT DOWN AND THESE CON ARTISTS ARE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

I gave it one star because I can't give…

I gave it one star because I can't give it a minus star rating. I ordered the blazer coat jacket which took three weeks to arrive from China. I ordered size 16UK (EU 44), however, what arrived home would be considered a Medium at best. I have sent several emails to request a return and ask for shipping details, but all I got was silence.

Overall, an absolute scam and a horrific experience!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Bought a jacket off them. it is much too big. Currently trying to get a refund but not getting anywhere. I feel like they playing for time until the 30 day period is up. Does anyone have a phone number for this company? Fuming!

I ordered 3 items on 26/09/2025 and…

I ordered 3 items on 26/09/2025 and received them on 14/10/2025. As soon as I opened the package, the smell of Tedy Coat was disgusting. The quality and the shape were awful. In addition, the white linen hodi was made in the wrong size, and all the thread came out around the buttons. Immediately, I sent an email and asked to send them back and demanded a refund. I have been totally ignored. There is no customer service. You can not do this to a customer. If Olympus London does not come back to me immediately, I will report them to the fraud and scam and follow up on this matter further. How dare you get away with this behaviour? Shame on you and your business. Stop deceiving customers. I want my money back as soon as possible.

AVOID

Exactly the same experience as all the other 1 stars. Took ages to arrive from China. Terrible cheap blazers that don't remotely fit and impossible to get a refund. Complete scam. I've just done a chargeback through PayPal to get my money back. Awful shopping experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

As part of this policy, a 30% restocking fee is applied, and customers are responsible for the return postage. This is standard for non-faulty returns, as each returned item must be inspected for quality, repackaged, and prepared for resale. Handling and updating inventory require resources, and the fee helps us maintain fair prices for all customers while continuing to offer high-quality products.

To make this as smooth and stress-free as possible, many customers find it easier to accept a 30% refund with no need to return the item. This way, you’re compensated immediately without having to pay for postage or go through the return process, which often takes longer and can be inconvenient.

For anyone concerned, this is the companies accurate returns policy as described by Claire in customer services in response to my request for a full refund for a poor quality jacket. Avoid this company at all cost

AVOID OLYMPUS LONDON AT ALL COST. I have seen them on Instagram and bought 2 items. They don’t provide returns on the basis of items on sales. The dress I want to return was never on sales. It is a scam, so please don’t waste your money. Also, poor quality clothes made in China.

I ordered two jackets back in June 2025…

I ordered two jackets back in June 2025 told the same as other people will charge a restocking fee….why!!
I returned the items after they eventually gave up trying to get me to accept them at a reduced price! They did seem to be understanding me..I don’t want them!!!
Return by Recorded Delivery like the asked and still not had any communication from them!
Months later realise they are a scam company and I’m never going to get a refund or a reply to my emails!
Shame on you for scamming so many people 😡

AVOID - scam

AVOID! The company have never sent the jacket I paid for - it said delivery within five days. I had an initial response when I emailed them but now nothing apart from a couple of 'delivery notifications in my email saying 'due to be delivered today' - that was days ago and it hasn't arrived and the tracking hasn't been updated, so I can only assume it's a scam. I will report to Trading Standards but doubt I'll get anywhere. Don't part with your money people!

Scam

Again, fell for Facebook advert and ordered on a whim. Regret my decision as product (jacket) took a long time arrive and was terrible shiny material. Same as other reviewers: despite several requests partial refund offered due to "restocking charge". No address on website for returns (suspect from China) and request for address ignored. Successfully recovered the funds through original payment method (PayPal).

Horrendous company

Horrendous company, a complete scam scheme. They charge 30% of selling price for returning an item. So forget about getting your money back. It's been 2 weeks and still is impossible to return. I advised not to buy anything from this store, the quality of the garments is pathetic and the fitting completely wrong, so you will have to return and loose 30% of your money

I came across this product via social…

I came across this product via social media and decided to give it a try, regrettably, without checking the reviews first. I now realise that the negative feedback was entirely justified.

Delivery took several weeks, and when the item finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. It bore little resemblance to how it was presented online.

I contacted customer service to request return instructions and a refund, only to be informed that I must return the item via Royal Mail Signed For, and that 30% of the item’s value would be deducted for an “inspection fee.” This policy was not made clear at the point of purchase and feels wholly unreasonable.

I also requested a copy of their complaints procedure and, despite following up, have yet to receive any response.

In short: poor service, misleading presentation, and an opaque returns process. I would strongly advise others to AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Wish I had read the reviews

Wish I had read the reviews. Stated items delivered but we were away for 3days. Tracking said delivered but no pictures as to were these items were left. Refused refund. No pictures confirming where the items had been left.

Scam - I was about to order and stopped - check out Mint London reviews too

Reading all their info and then reviews on this site I suspect it is a scam company - similar to Mint London. Based in Asia, sending out poor quality orders or items which are nothing like what’s advertised. Contact your bank and they should help you - I received my money back - I still have the item and advised Mint London to arrange to collect it as it was their mistake sending the wrong one 😄

⭐️ 1 Star – I’d Give Zero if I Could

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Olympus London. The company gives the impression of being UK-based, yet the items are actually shipped from China, and the quality is nothing like the images or descriptions advertised.

When I contacted them for a refund, they tried to persuade me to accept store credit or a partial refund, and only after several emails did they reluctantly agree to refund 50%. Despite confirming that the refund had been “processed,” no refund was ever initiated — Clearpay confirmed there was no record of any refund request from the retailer.

Their communication is polite on the surface but feels scripted and evasive, with delays and excuses at every step. I was left out of pocket and extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled.

I’ve since raised a dispute through Clearpay and reported the matter to UK consumer authorities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this company.
