Worst company I have ever used. Ordered clothes which took over 2 weeks to arrive. I had to send several emails. Once arrived items were terrible. Requested a refund and was told could not have one. Informed keep the clothes and have full credit back. I argued but did not get me anywhere. Used the credit been waiting 2 weeks no delivery.

The jacket arrived and is awful quality and looks nothing like the Instagram video. The make it impossible to return, not even supplying an address to return to, trying to fob you off with store credit for 30% and if you push for refund stating they’ll take 30% off for restocking, and items must be returned at own cost by Royal Mail guaranteed delivery. Do not buy from this site.

When you can't find a company info from their website, like where do they base from. You know it's a dodgy company. Nowadays, there are so many ways to check online if a company is legit or not. Please don't be a scum victim.

I am trying to get a refund and my money back. They are hanging on tight to my money, trying to put conditions on the refund of a 30% deduction when the item is faulty and that is not in accordance with the refund policy. Avoid. Disgraceful

I'd give a big fat zero if I could. Ordered a blazer as it looked so good on the model in the video. What has come today is nothing like what I saw, utterly misleading and agree with what everyone else is saying re quality and return. Scammers avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered the jacket. Awful awful awful. Material attacks anything on it. buttons broken. side pockets are super far back so you cannot even use them and too small to then even try and put anything in.

Wish I’d read trustpilot reviews but trusted the 1.9k on Facebook !

Olympus LONDON is actually China - complete scam. Jacket took ages to arrive and is the worse quality I've seen. As others have said they will not refund and offer store credit - it would cost a fortune to return to China anyway. Do NOT buy from this company. I have thrown money down the drain..

Ordered a couple of jackets, these do not fit properly so requested a refund only to be told, “ return policy for non-faulty items. Returns are accepted, but a 30% restocking fee is applied.” nowhere is the extortionate amount detailed.
I would not recommend this company to anyone - save wasting your money

Awful scamming company! Avoid at all costs!! They sell very poor quality products at inflated prices and refuse returns. They have renamed theirselves repeatedly in order to continue trading/scamming!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Please DO NOT buy from this company. Quality is poor, not as per Instagram advertisement. Impossible to get a refund, only store credit available, but no way would you buy anything else from them so a total waste of money. Please read other Trustpilot reviews as they are all saying the same thing - I wish I had before I made this purchase.

I bought two Blazers and e-mailed the Company twice asking to Return the items as they are too small they have still to contact me it says Easy Return on their website but this is rubbish they don't want to know once they have your MONEY.

Really poor quality. I bought a jacket that looked fantastic on Instagram but it took ages to arrive and I was so disappointed with it.
The material feels like cheap felt and it has gone bobbly despite only being worn a couple of times. Avoid at all costs.

1 star for this company is too much . The goods supplied are NOT AS ADVERTISED , of very poor quality and obviously come cheaply from China judging by the length of time to arrive . This company is trading under false pretences and will be reported to Trading Standards . A lesson learned from me and in future i will read reviews first before i throw away money . I requested a refund and they are doing everything in their power to ignore the request . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!

Awful shiny material on the blazer I purchased. I can only describe it as a stiff shiny felt-like substance which is unsuitable for clothing. And a missing button hole. I’ve requested return/refund but they have tried to steer me towards shop credit according to their ‘policy’. I’ve gone back explaining my legal rights to a refund for online sales and am awaiting reply. Wish I had checked trust pilot first, lesson learned.

Fake rip offs using Instagram accounts of people that have been gifted genuine pieces of clothing, as their own. They use videos of people that aren’t wearing their own fake goods instead they are wearing more expensive items, making sure there is a link through to their own website so you can order. Please don’t!not genuine and quality very poor. Will not offer refund even though taking advantage . Beware!

These are scammers , what you receive is not what is advertised. It is cheap rubbish coming from China no fabric labels on the governments when I requested a refund was only offered part refund which I never received.
Scammers, avoid avoid avoid

SCAM COMPANY - 20 emails and still no returns address. (likely as it does not exist) Why do I want a poor quality item that does not fit an be left with it. 30% restock fee?

This company is displaying misleading descriptions, the garments are of very poor quality.
Absolutely nothing like the photos advertised. Feels more like felt with scratchy inner texture. Arrived very creased and delivery very slow, by the time they came I had, had to go on holiday without them.
They are denying that I contacted them to return as soon as I returned from holiday, have ignored subsequent communication and are now saying it’s too late to return.
