Very slow/bad quality
I bought two shirts, they took an age to get here and when they finally arrived I realized I had been conned into believing they were quality - they are not, they are badly made with cheap cotton and the shirts don't even reach my waist. I won't bother returning them as I have heard the tales about refund requests being rejected.. They will go straight to the charity shop. Rip off

Everything about this company is misleading. Very suggestive of the website that this company is UK based and delivery will be prompt by reading the positive reviews on the website. These are apparently trust pilot reviews but as you can see on here there aren’t very many. Load of rubbish!
Cheap clothes from China with quality that is not reflected in the price.
Please, I don’t want anyone else to waste their money. You can only return if you pay them 30% and pay all of the recorded return shipping costs. The 30% probably reflects what the clothes really cost and are worth.

Do not use this company! Numerous emails trying to get authorisation to return an unsuitable item. Said I must use Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed and there is a 30% restocking fee!! Really wish I has read the reviews before ordering anything!

After a long wait realized they came from China. Avoid avoid avoid. Looked nothing like pictures. Badly made, cheap cotton and bad stitching. Went straight to charity.

Awful! The quality of the clothing is shocking! It didn’t fit as it was too big, asked for a refund and because there is nothing wrong with the item they want to charge a 30% restocking fee and take that off your refund! Happy to give you 100% store credit for their cheap nasty clothing though. It has taken 7 emails and nearly 2 weeks in communications because they do not care about their customers.
Dreadful quality
Ordered a blazer/cardigan .Dreadful quality, buttoned the wrong way.Inside button missing.Doubt it would survive a wash.Nothing like the promo pictures. Have requested return but don’t hold out much hope judging by other reviewers experiences here. Avoid this company.

Offered Credit note, which has I used on an XXL jacket. Probably Medium/Large at best. Told them it's too small but as far as they're concerned the matter is closed. So now I have 5 items that don't fit me and they couldn't care less.

I received my jumper jacket quite promptly and I was half expecting the quality to be bad, but I was very pleased with my item. I am ordering again. I don't know what the problem was, but if it was Amazon they have corrected it now.

This company is a scam.do not use it. I ordered a shirt several weeks ago and despite my payment nothing has arrived several times I have requested my money back. The company is blaming Amazon as they are supposedly their delivery service.the tracking service is non existent. I had a mail today allegedly from amazon saying that the package was delivered. It wasn't .

Ordered 2 x Jackets for size preference - kept 1 - tried returning the second 1 - several emails later, they will still not provide their return address - offered me options of a credit note to be used within 30 days, or another jacket (which I do not want as I've already kept one!) - the latest email says I can return, but have to send it first class guaranteed delivery, they will issue 30% re-stocking charge!!!, and this jacket will be thoroughly inspected (definitely not been worn), must be in original packaging (which it is), BUT still not provided me with their address - I advise not to order from them - jacket isn't even that great quality - would never order from them again - dreadful customer service!

Absolutely dreadful experience
Absolutely dreadful experience. I received the item and it didn't fit. I requested a refund same day and 6 days later I'm still waiting on a refund having been offered many different options other than getting my money back. Despite the individual telling me they understood I wanted a refund there was always a but. Disgusting service and I'll never use Olympus London again.
Hole in the jacket which took 4 weeks to arrive
After waiting about 4 weeks for my order to be shipped from China (because it's nothing whatsoever to do with London as it turns out) the jacket I paid for arrived with a big hole in the sleeve. Let battle commence for a refund.

This is the worst website to have ever place an order with, the item did not fit me and I am still trying to get a refund. Ten e-mails so far I have sent to try to return this item, never in my whole life I encountered such horrible service.
So if you are not sure that your usual size will fit you for sure do not be fooled by the colours or price as you can never return the product. Their refund policy do not say that they will never refund you. Ongoing e-mails and them trying to offer me a different product or store credit to buy something else. I did not want neither so ongoing e-mails back and forth. Disgusting service.
