The team here in the UK do try to be helpful BUT the product itself is of the lowest standard. I bought a linen hoodie for my wife, she is normally a 12 or 14 but to be safe we ordered Large!! She can barely get it on let alone do it up, what a waste.

Ordered a shirt and received it two weeks later. Two sizes smaller than I asked. The small label inside the collar had been removed. Don't be fooled with the London part it's actually based at the other end of the world!! Give it a miss!!!

Don’t be fooled by the polished social media images and videos from Olympus London Limited. What I received was nothing like what was advertised — the product was faulty, cheaply made, and clearly not fit for purpose.

When I asked for a full refund, as I’m entitled to under consumer law, they refused and repeatedly offered a 50% discount instead — despite the item being defective. They showed zero accountability and made no real effort to resolve the issue.

Their after-sales service was dismissive, and I ultimately had to go through my bank to recoup the money.

This company relies on misleading marketing and offers no respect for consumer rights. Once they have your money, it’s a battle to get any fairness.

Avoid Olympus London Limited at all costs.

Poor quality. No refund. No ethics.

I ordered a Katana Japan Style Shirt that was described as a Cotton/Linen Blend. Mine arrived and had a 100% Polyester Label. It also didn't look like what was in the advertisement. It also took weeks to arrive - apparently from China.
I have emailed the company twice but they have failed to reply.

Ordered two shirts very poor quality,a blind man could have made a better job. I won't be making the same mistake again,steer clear of this online shop

The website pictures of the Katana Japan style shirt look great, but in reality the garments are poor. I ordered two shirts, XL size, which according to the size cart should be 78cm long. In reality they are 73cm, which means that if you tuck them in your trousers, as soon as you lift your arm, they're out, and if you leave them out of your trousers they're showing off your midriff. Back to the pictures.... one shows a collar with a small turned back pleat, another indicates that the lower buttons are box pleated, i.e. the buttons are hidden. Not so on the real article. Did I mention that the button holes are out of alignment too. Nice buttons and a snazzy use of orange cotton (which again, wasn't in the pictures). So, not a lot to praise of these poorly constructed garments. And,according to the advert, they are of a cotton/linen mix. Strange that, because the label in the shirt says 100% polyester.

Do not buy- quality is terrible. Material feels horrible. No refund available. No choice but to keep the item and get another item sent. Clothing is unwearable.

REFUND SCAM - Avoid this company. They charge nearly £10 for return postage and a 30% restocking fee, which they only inform you of after purchase. They also use a chat gpt to handle email queries. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards because the restocking fee isn’t mentioned on their website. They even offered me a 30% refund to keep an item I didn’t need. I just want my money back. Feels like a scam—stay away.

Absolutely shocking clothes. Sizes do not match or even close to size chart on website.
Will definitely never buy again from this company.

I have had the same issues as reported by others, the product was not cotton linen blend but good old 100% polyester, I ask for my money back have been told that I am subject to 30% restock fee. I have reported it to PayPal. I told them they are bound by the Trade descriptions act as they trade in the EU and UK, not made any difference, this is a scam because of the issues you have sending back and being refunded , they tell you to settle with then at 50% back and keep the goods, NO I want my full refund please!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING COMPANY. SHIRTS DELIVERED WERE SHODDY UNDERSIZED TRASH AND CERTAINLY NOT MADE OF LINEN. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!

Absolutely terrible .
Ordered a mans shirt , was delivered after about two weeks.
Sizing was all undersized and nowhere near the sizing chart on their website .
Contacted them they agreed to send the next larger size, it arrived within a week or so but yet again UNDERSIZED .
Sent another email to advise I wanted my money back and was willing to return the TWO shirts I already received
But was told "

As we’ve already provided a resolution in the form of a free replacement, I’m afraid we’re unable to offer an additional refund for this order. We truly appreciate your understanding and are sorry that the item still didn’t meet your expectations.

After about 35 emails ‘Claire’ sent me a ‘credit’ to choose something else and KEEP the two SHODDY jackets, I chose a coat for my £50 STUPIDLY spent with them. Hilarious, it’s like a very very cheap and nasty polyester dressing gown!! I kid you not!! Wish I could add photos here. You KNOW the 5* reviews are fake as hell more of the scam!!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Just done a search on the word used over and over on 5* reviews, the word ‘BEAUTIFULLY’ packaged, same over and over, just like ‘Claire’ from ‘Customer Services’ over and over, could dissect it more but obvious now FALSE REVIEWS!!!
AVOID SCAMMERS!! I am so upset I fell for this Facebook advertisement! Biggest cheapest load of garbage. I bought 2 jackets, 1 of them has grey arms on a blue jacket, the advert had of course same coloured arms!!!! HILARIOUS. Emailed several times for a refund, they are just ignoring me!!! Shame on Facebook for not vetting these thieving scammers. They are called Olympus LONDON, yet they are in China, feel foolish and £46 down and I a pensioner!!! They should be closed down. No idea where all the 5 star reviews are from. Obviously not real!!!!

This company charges a 30% restocking fee if you insist on a return?? By the time you pay postage and their”restocking fee” you are down nearly 50% of your purchase. It’s an outrageous practice do not use them

Origins of the company hard to find. Has a London office but items ship from China, according to the tracking. I ordered a katana (?) shirt but the item is much flimsier than the one I clicked on (single stitching, single layer polyester all over). The XL shirt size is at least 1 size smaller than it claims to be. It also arrived, stuffed (not folded) into a branded pouch.

Prepare for disappointment

I bought this casual smart blazer that’s been advertised on Facebook or Instagram and of course it looks great on the model advertising it. But the quality is cheap and poor so I asked to refund it and they charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE!! I told them in all the orders I’ve ever done on/line never have I been charged such an extortionate fee. So I get to keep the blazer and £8.90 back as a refund?! I wish I’d known about their policy beforehand! I won’t be buying from them again!!

Total fraud - as others (that were totally excluded from their website), item was 100% polyester and refunds "policy" a fraudulent sham, company is Hong Kong. Item worth £1 or £2 max - partial refund still lets them make a profit, so you need to go through bank for full and proper refund. I'd upload photos as proof if this was available.

Avoid this company. Angry with myself for getting sucked into Facebook and. Refund policy absolute disgrace but do keep arguing with them as entitled to full refund because online order. Eventually gave up and agreed 50% refund and kept items which will go to charity shop. Would have had to pay for return and just felt they'd find a problem and not refund and be even more out of pocket

I took a chance on this company via a Facebook ad- how stupid was I! They refuse to refund clothes in full even if in original packaging and with tags. They will only refund 30% or send an alternative! I don’t want an alternative! I thought the quality of the fabric was horrible and itchy and I don’t want something different from your store! I want my money back!! All of it!! Avoid at all costs!
