This company may be ok as long as you don't need to return anything. Their returns policy is garbage. You have to request a return by email. I have sent 3 emails without reply. 18 days after receiving the item I still have no way of returning it.

Item NOT as described (polyester and NOT cotton/linen mix), made and shipped from China, (so took an age to arrive and NOTHING to do with either London or Japan), and subsequent refund policy disgraceful. This company is a sham and should be avoided.

Shame on all these paid-for FAKE 5-star reviews. Read the 1-star reviews. Not a UK company. Based in China. Impossible returns policy and shoddy products. BEWARE!

Ordered a shirt advertised as cotton/linen mix, yet you get a shirt that's 100% polyester and looks nothing like what is advertised. Cheap and shoddy, so thin, I doubt it would survive one wash. Do not buy from this company and they are not based in London, but China

I recieved the shirt I've ordered from you it's nothing but a piece of garbage. You claim you are a UK company, you are nothing but fake Chinese scammers. Your shirt is going in the bin. Damn scammers. I don't understand why scammers like that are allowed to sell in the UK?

Received a jacket I had ordered and it is very poor quality and didn't fit well.
Customer relations are causing trouble with me returning the product giving me three options all of which are not acceptable. All I want is an address to return it and a full refund. I would not recommend this company at all

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bought SASHA CASUAL BLAZER on 12th May. Didn’t fit properly and was buttoned for a man. Instruction said had to email for instructions to return within one month. if sent back without doing this you would not get a refund. I have tried to contact by email at least four times since receiving this item. No response at all, and now over a month.

If it was possible I would have given 0 stars!! for this review. I ordered a lovely camel brown blazer £28 via an advert on Instagram. Big mistake on my part. Never again. The blazer which actually arrived after 3 weeks was nothing like the one being advertised. The quality is dreadful the colour nothing like the picture on the advert. Everything about it is cheap and nasty. I have emailed 4 times to arrange returning the item for a refund with no response. It now appears the Web site is no longer available. Please do not purchase from this company it is a scam!!!

Ordered a blue coat, I got sent a crumpled one in khaki, which was obviously a returned item because my delivery label had another delivery label underneath. Over 4 weeks now several emails back and forth, I am stuck with the item, still trying to return the item and get a refund. Now they are just not responding to my email. Very poor customer services.

If I could give a zero for this company I would.I ordered the jacket at the end of April and after several enquiries about it's whereabouts and promises they'd look into it. I got an email on 31st May telling me they'd received my order !!!! and would be dispatching it soon. It should have been with me weeks ago

I just wanted to warn people. I think this company is the same as MINT LONDON, read the reviews on there and don’t order from either. I ordered from MINT LONDON in March, the goods came from China after a month, were very shabby. I returned them to China, I had to pay, and I still haven’t had my money back. I think the 5* reviews on here are fake.

I've just received the 2 items I ordered,a jacket and a coat. The coat is absolutely nothing like the image on the website and the jacket is just horrible. It looks as though the company makes it as difficult as possible to get returns accepted so I doubt I'll even bother trying. I'd just say to anyone thinking of ordering....DON'T.

Ordered Sasha jkts on the 6 may.Still waiting for them to arrive!!!.Coming direct from China and not London. Company should be called Olympus China.Very misleading...And because I checked through trust pilot and I was impressed with reviews I went ahead of purchasing 3 jkts from Olympus London.!!

They are not a UK company. Everyone saying fast delivery I'm still waiting for mine. I asked for their London address it seems they don't have one. Don't know where this is coming from will update when it finally arrives. Jacket arrived cheap material, all crumpled, does up the wrong way. Been offered 30% refund but I pay postage. I said I want full refund it is not worth £28 and they are not a UK company. Company should be closed down. There is no option to return if you are not happy and get a full refund which most legitimate companies would do.

I ordered a jacket over 8 days ago. Received confirmation and that it had been shipped 6 days ago but still no delivery? These reviews saying speedy delivery,not so in my case!

Ordered a jacket really not happy with it .. they have ignored all of my requests on how to return it within the 30 days return policy. I paid via PayPal and I have asked for their assistance to contact this company. Really really frustrated has put me right off buying on line.

There is no way this company is uk based. Delivery takes ages and if you want to return anything you get the response of 30% refund if you keep it, they will up that to 50%. If you insist on returning customer pays postage and they then deduct 30% restocking value. I wasn’t happy with the look of jacket, fabric didn’t look like images.

Another Chinese manufacturer pretending to be a Covent garden based company .
There are a LOT of these retailers on FB and Instagram , quality is terrible.
They will use different methods, such as posing as a company that will br closing down soon , or have decided to retire ,all lies . Lots of tricks...buyer beware

Ordered a suit which it says is black, turned out to be grey. Material was a poor quality took over two weeks to come everything about it was a poor quality when I emailed the company they’ve offered me 30% refund. If I don’t send the package back or I can send it back at my expense but will only still receive 30% of the refund so you don’t even get your full money back
