Ombrage

This product is without question one of the biggest mistakes I have ever purchased. It comes from China (but you are not told this) so delivery takes weeks when they promise delivery in 48 hours. The sun shade comes as two parts tied together with very poor quality string not one piece as advertised.. The quality is very poor and it rips in the slightest breeze. When you email your complaint email after email is ignored. I sent them all the information and photographs but they made no comment on them. When you return it you have to pay the costs of returning it and the refund takes weeks and I have still not received it after over four weeks. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. It is a shame that I have to give it even one star.
