Absolutely disgusted with the quality, or lack of quality of this ‘anti-theft’ bag. Stitching gave way after about 3 uses. I have emailed the company -NO RESPONSE! Do not buy form this company!

Appalling quality, bag stitching broke after 3 months of very little use due to lockdown. When I contacted them, they ignored my emails for a month. When they finally replied, they said I should have contacted them sooner and referred to the 30 day return policy. So basically they only guarantee their bags for 30 days. DO NOT BUY FROM BAYADORA.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a backpack and the zip broke on my first use. The bag is cheap, nasty and poor quality and not worth the money I paid for it. The company refused to either refund my money or send a replacement.
I wish I had checked for reviews before I purchased.

Utterly disgusting quality stitching came undone within 3 days the lining is very poor quality ....no response to my email saying it is not fit for purpose about to raise via PayPal
The bag smells so bad that it makes me heave when opening it...smells of dead fish

I wish I had read the reviews before I fell for this scam. I bought the Olivia bag. It arrived and it looked quite nice, if a little cheap. I have had the bag for two months and I used it about 6 times and then one if the straps frayed and broke. I contacted Bayadora who advised me that I had missed the 30 day return deadline but they didn’t seem to grasp or care that the bag was defective and I hadn’t simply changed my mind. Any reasonable firm would offer a replacement. They offered a partial refund if I return the bag. It would cost more than the cheap little bag is worth to send it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I thought I would share my story after reading that so many of us got scammed by these shameless people. Same as most people, one late evening I saw the ad on facebook. I was tired, and I was looking for a new bag anyway, and since it looked so cute and colourful I bought one. I realised I can't cancel the order. Contacted customer service and was told the order had been shipped already and they cannot cancel. It was a lie. I received the next day some tracking info and a confirmation email. My only advantage was that I paid through PayPal. I received a bag almost 2 months after ordering, it was a cheap, foul smelling piece of rubbish. I opened a case against them with PayPal's help. I had to pay return postage to Finland (?!) and even after they received the bag it took a month to refund my money. NEVER AGAIN. Always check If a company is real and selling quality products if you are not a regular customer. Don't fall for any closing down sales or Facebook ads. Learn from my mistake.

Total rip off. It took 8 weeks and they sent me the wrong bag. I asked for a refund. They said no they would replace it. 4 weeks later I get a second bag, exactly like the first. Not the bag I ordered. Now they say I opted for a replacement so no refund. Do not buy from these people.

After seeing an ad from facebook, I bought an anti-theft bag from Bayadora for $40 back in March, it took 3 months for me to finally receive the bag.
Not only that, the bag is so cheaply made. The lining fabric on the inside is thinner than my lined paper. The stitches are loose and will most likely break after a few usage.

The bag is cute and the design is functional, but if you really want the bag, you can find a similar one from Amazon for about $20 and will ship within couple of days. The whole 3 months waiting for the price of $40 is NOT worth it.

I will NEVER fall for another facebook ad or buy anything from there that comes from China. Lesson learned.

Total rip off. From China and took 3 months to deliver!!! I wouldn't even pay $10 for this crap bag. Everything is cheap, about it. There is nothing anti theft about the bag. I don't think anyone would want this bag. Maybe that's what they mean by anti-theft! Don't waste your money or time.

I happen to be a Youtube Creator and I am thinking about uploading a video and reviewing this total disappointment and rip off of a Company!

Do not buy these bags. The quality and look of them in person is really cheap and low quality, not as advertised. They also took a really long time to be delivered from China to Australia, up to 2 months. Do not fall for the Facebook ads. These bags are also advertised as Bayadora or Paoba bags on different social media platforms/websites and are always advertised as being on sale e.g. COVID sale, closing down sale.

Don't buy!!! These are fake prada bags, made in China and shipped from China and absolutely stink of fish!!!

I'm unable to put 0 stars, but that is what I would have liked to give them. Saw a nice bag on a Facebook advert, should have checked more reviews rather than the, clearly fake, ones on their website.
Received the bag, looked nice, although a dodgy badge on it that was clearly trying to look like a fake Prada. That was removed. A few light uses later the stitching on the straps came undone so unable to use in case straps completely broke. Contacted Bayadora who responded asking me to return. Although I would have to pay to return (to Finland) and they wouldn't refund any delivery costs as out of their 30 days policy. As per the consumer rights act and the sale of goods act, if a product becomes faulty within 6 months of purchase, which I have explained on numerous emails to them , they must refund ALL costs including delivery charges to return, but they keep ignoring this. I'll keep trying, but not expecting much. Will be referring Bayadora to the consumer watchdog as they are trying to peddle fake, unfit for purpose goods.

This product is a total joke. I hate when you cannot see it's coming from China. They just lie about everything. The quality a total rubbish. Received wrong colour. Zipper broken after twe uses. I wish these companies were not allowed on the UK market.

The colors on the bag are pretty, but it took 2 months to arrive (told "up to 30 days"), the straps are cheap, the main opening of the bag is very small. The advertisement on their site shows a water bottle, tablet, umbrella, wallet, planner, etc. You will NOT fit that much stuff in this tiny bag. The two zipped pockets on the front of the bag are also very small. You'll be able to fit a phone and car keys in them, but that's about it. I'm very disappointed that I didn't read the reviews before buying it. If I had, I'd still have my $40. This bag isn't worth anywhere near $40.

Cheaply made, seams are badly sewn and it smells unpleasant. Almost $60 for that! Really? I would not recommend their products at all. It's too bad, because costumer service is excellent (they give a fast and polite answer) except for the "hussle free returns" rule on their website. They ask questions and want photos of your disappointing bag...They know that they sell real crap!

I ordered 2 Poaba bags off "thepoabacollection.com" 6 weeks ago when someone requested the item as a b-day present. Contacting them about the missing package was nearly impossible (no number or local address) and using the email found on the SHOP app they recommend for tracking, I was told that the item was being "shipped", despite USPS not receiving any package by that tracking number! Asked for a refund and they ignored that email. RIP OFF. Very disgusted.

I would give it a zero if I could. Over two months, and still not delivered. This company is a Chinese rip off. Don't buy!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM BAYADORA dot com!!! Wished I've read the reviews here before I purchase. Never again will I trust ad link from FB. Did not receive email order confirmation and shipping info for 1 month. I emailed several times no response. Finally disputed payment with AMEX and then, less than 2 weeks after dispute I receive the product. They may have gotten call from AMEX! I ordered 2 bags.... both were JUNK quality! Shipping package from CA. But their website states to return I have to ship items to Finland!!!!! Who is going to do that? And, there is no telephone number to call. My emails shows to me they never reply emails. TOTAL SCAMM!!!!So upsetting!

Bought a purse off the facebook ad. Used it for 1 week and the zipper broke, the quality of the purse is very very poor. Do not buy. Not recommended at all.
When asked how I could get a refund. I have to pay for the return shipment to Finland?!!!

Please don't order from these people. I ordered a bag from them and canceled my order immediately before they claimed to have shipped the order. They refused to cancel my order and three months later I still haven't received the overpriced bag or my money back. I have tried to get a refund several times but they have refused to do that as well. You can buy these bags elsewhere. Do not buy from Bayadora.
