Bayadora 

I purchased one bag which, when it eventually arrived from China, was utter, foul-smelling rubbish. I opened a PayPal dispute before returning the bag to Finland and have now received a full refund, although I am obviously out of pocket for the postage. These people are repeat-offender scammers with no social conscience.

It was a hassle to deal with this company.
They sent me a cheap quality backpack which doesn't even worth $5 for $34.
All the threads are hanging around. It's so thin. A total crap from China. And the customer service is disgusting. It's for sure a fraud company. Just don't know how to report them.

2 star because of the customer service, , was responsive enough. They use Zendesk so it is very efficient. However, they advertise a backpack that is supposed to be worth $180.00 for only $34.95!. other sites offer the same bag for as low as $9.00!. All pictures were the same. Same models, same faces, same pose... same bags. Ever heard of the "slow boat from China"? my bags were in it. Finally received the bags, after over a month, and they were definitely not worth $180.00, nor $34.95. Mass produced in China, the bags have a unbearable smell of aged rubber tires - very pungent smell Very, very disappointing.

I ordered over a month ago and still no bag. Very upset and from the looks of it I'm not alone. Looks like this company is a big fony. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I have no way to get a hold of them except email and I have gotten no response. This company needs to be in trouble for fraud and false advertising. I want my money back!

Wow - waited 6 weeks to receive the Bayadora Olivia bag and when it finally arrived what a big disappointment. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. So at $US80 approx what poor quality this turned out to be. Bag looks cheap and nasty and smells really bad. Looks like a $10 bag. Will be giving it away to charity if they even accept. Do not buy these bags.

These bags come under the cheap nasty Chinese label POADA which you can buy for $14 on.the WISH website .
I too got conned and after complaining was told to send back to FINLAND.
Problem is you can only refund after 30days but your cheap nasty bag doesn't get here for at least 60 days so no refund .
Let it be a lesson to all of us to stop buying rubbish on the internet from unscrupulous businesses that rip us off blind !!

Just received backpack after weeks of waiting.. Appalled at quality! And smells of cheap plastic material.. Have requested a refund and emailed the Co... After looking at some of the reviews am wondering if I'll even get my money back..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Everything you’re reading here about them is true. Had I have done my due diligence and come here first, I would never have wasted my time or money. Their product you could get from the corner $2 shop, it’s disgusting and of such poor quality, and their customer service doesn’t exist. Oh, and if you don’t like what you receive, that’s OK, you can send it back to Finland, that you have to pay postage for! Keep scrolling right past this lot. They’re as dodgy as they come!

Everyone who got scammed by these con artists, don’t let them off the hook and file disputes with your credit company and paypal. File them at the same time, and see which one resolved in your favour. Those who never got their so called designer bags, or those who tried to cancel before order was shipped, best to try their credit company first. Those who received the crappy items, best try with paypal. Also, go and post your experience on their facebook page to prevent other inocent people from falling prey to them. Report the facebook page so they can be taken down.

This site sells poorly made bags, you can get similar designs on Amazon, which are far better quality. I bought the 'waterproof' Paris backpack; when it gets wet it stinks. The clips are plastic, not metal and snap easily. The picture of the bag looks far better quality than the one I had recieved.

I initially purchased this bag as I like the anti theft aspect and I had a similar bag, which I had bought from Amazon that was starting to get tatty as I have used it everyday, though it is still in good condition; so I thought these bags would be similar in quality. I thought I would make use of Bayadora's deal that was posted on their Facebook page, where they had substantially slashed the price of the bag (though the bag I recieved is not worth the original price, let alone it's discounted one) and thought it would be nice to help a struggling business, which they also stated they were on their Facebook post.

After I purchased the bag, I started to get ads for the same backpacks, but from different sites. I then emailed them to ask for a refund, of course they were unable to give refunds on sale items, silly me.

It seems like Bayadora is a con and I have mug stamped across my forehead. Don't be a mug like me and avoid Bayadora at all costs.

I bought 2 of the olivia backpacks for us$80 and paid Extra for priority shipping thinking they will arrive faster to gift it to my wife, They provided a tracking number from Yanwen from China not California like they indicate on their site. After 5 weeks they arrived and was shocked at the quality of the bags. They are in the poorest cheapest materials and one of the zippers is broken and the lining is very thin not as advertised and not worth that much money. It’s embarrassing to gift. I contacted bayadora after a long dispute they are asking me to ship it back to Finland. Shipping From Australia will cost about $60. It’s totally a scam and I regret buying from them.

DO NOT ORDER.TWO MOMTHS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I TOO ordered off fb ad and been scammed too. Lesson learned.

Wish there was a zero star option. Also wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased. Total scam company. First, the quality of the product is ridiculous. Not worth the $40; not even worth $10. Next, in order to request a refund, I have to return to Finland (just to get a shot at a refund). It actually shipped from China although their site states it has multiple locations in the U.S. Top it off, shipping it back costs more than the price of the bag (which is already marked up to 4 times it's worth). Save yourself the trouble and don't purchase any product from this "company." If I could report them to BBB, i would but they're not even BBB accredited! Now I know to check there first. I will never buy off of social media advertisements again. Bayadora has ruined it for everyone.

If it was possible to give less than one star I would.
Like other people I fell for what is undoubtedly a scam. These took nearly 6weeks to arrive and are of suspect quality.
Would cost too much to return so will gift to a charity shop when they open.
These are wrongly advertised and you are led to believe this is a bargain not a rip off from China.
I feel duped and cross by this stupid purchase

Great concept with hidden inside pocket.
The quality is very poor. I believed FB’s advertisement and fell for the “Designer Bag” as described. Too good to be true at that price. They are made of cheap quality material with plastic type straps and inferior quality metal. I had ordered three, one actually had pattern flaws and stained. I’m too ashamed at gifting these bags. I have requested a refund and return at their cost. So far I’ve spent more time writing back and forth without resolve. I do not recommend this falsely advertised purchase. The patterns advertised look inviting, but you will be very disappointed with the quality.

Do not purchase! Received the bag and has this disgusting foul smell! Contacted seller and was told to return not worth the hassle so yes was totally conned from fb ad...stay away from this ad! The dumpster just gained a bag so putrid and disgusting.

Terrible product. Agree with all previous comments. Have returned the item and requested a full refund, of which I doubt I will receive. Please don't purchase - they are fake reviews on Facebook.

To give them their due, when I returned the product to the US I received a full refund.

Absolutely terrible quality and design, this is total rubbish. I can’t believe I paid £40 for this tat - it looked so much better in the pictures. It’s tiny, with virtually no inside space, and a weird zip running round the back of the bag, so you have to take it totally off and get the straps out of the way before you can even open it. I will never use it but the worst thing is that it is such poor quality I would be embarrassed to give it to anyone I know. I suppose it will go to the charity shop, what a rip-off! I am beyond words...

Firstly it took a while to get a notification that the bag was shipped. Then the tracking said 'no information' was available. Got me worry that it was a scam.

Anyway, after about 5 weeks, it arrived.

The bag looked lovely in the video, but it looked so filmsy in reality. the back side of the bag is not even symmetrical. Lining inside is like paper, no jokes. The zips felt like it is going to break anytime, Honestly not confident that it will last, maybe can use it a few times. I ordered a 'waterproof' one and I am yet to test it.

Will I recommend? Definitely not, spend your money elsewhere folks.

Same as what everyone else is saying - a tacky, horrible quality bag that probably cost $1 to make and $5 to buy at a dollar store. I'm actually embarrassed I fell for the advertisement on FB, and believed the fake reviews. When I opened the package (a good 8 weeks after I ordered) and saw what they'd sent, I actually started laughing at how conned I'd been. A relatively cheap lesson to learn about not clicking on those FB advertisement links from apparent stores saying "We're closing down due to COVID so selling all our stock half price" and then believing all the fake reviews about how fabulous the item is and how sad people are the 'store' is closing. LOL!
