Bayadora 

I received the Bayadora Olivia Backpack this morning by Australia Post. I had been able to track the parcel until it arrived in Australia on the 14/5/20. I did need to use the tracking number and enter it into the actual site for the carrier company so I knew it was on the way. All good or so I thought. I was excited to open the parcel this morning. What a disappointment - fabric inside does not feel like it will last long as it has almost a paper feel and I am quite concerned about the handles. The material also has a strange smell so I have relegated it outside for airing. I am very cautious and do not usually buy from Facebook but had read many reviews that suggested all would be okay and I loved the bright colours in the material. It was only after I saw other reviews on this site this morning that I realised I had paid a lot of money for a product that was not of the expected standard. I have never before had to give a bad review.
Please do not spend $65 AUS for this backpack as you will be disappointed. I feel sad for everyone else on this review site who have also bought this product.

The badge which is the big fancy feature of hte back pack is crooked lol
So basically I paid alot of money for a cheap Chinese bag worth about $10 retail.
Don't waste your money.

Hey guys I wanted to give you all an update. I filed a complaint via PayPal and managed to get a refund through there. If any of you used PayPal I would urge you to do the same. If not they have a Facebook page so just bombard them with messages on there till you get a refund. Wish you all the best

Oh dear me, I ordered one for me and a friend in March. $100.00 with shipping. Still haven’t gotten them. I think it’s a scam after reading the reviews. I can’t believe I was so foolish. I will NEVER but anything off Facebook again. I also had to close my debit card that I used as someone tried to use it for online purchases at a Bestbuy after I exposed my card to the site. A major lesson learned😢

A bag I purchased from this company arrived earlier this week. Definitely not what I expected - not worth a third of the cost I paid - cheap and nasty!

I sent a message via the website the same day to ask how to go about getting a refund and am still waiting for a response - doubt if I will get one.

Worst customer service, no way to track the order, no way to request for refund, waiting for the bag to be delivered for more than a month, still no proper update, worst company I have ever seen

Very poor customer service, kept being set different tracking links that didn't work. Not happy with the company at all.

Can I give it no stars? Olivia backpack is total garbage- poorly made and tacky. Not at all what I expected and hoped to receive at all although I should have realised it was a con - never heard of the Bayadora brand before despite claiming to be top end. Wish I’d read reviews before I parted with my cash. Be warned!,

They are selling the same item with the other store for a double price and using the pandemic as the reason why I can't cancel my order. They are not the only one affected by this virus.

Received mine yesterday, bought it in April b/c i like to support the local biz. Never know that it has been shipped from China. Very cheap material, never worth for 180$ in value then give a forced sale up to 80%. Anyway, you have me as a first time and a forever last time buyer. No, i don't recommend these bags, sorry!! Over marketing and bad ethical practice.

I was quite excited to receive my bag after waiting for it for a few weeks. However the Quality was not as expected and it feels quite cheaply made. It was advertised as 80% off the retail price and so I paid about £30 for it. I later learnt that the same bag is sold for nearly half the price that I paid for it, and naturally I feel quite gutted. I won't be doing any more impromptu purchases based on Facebook ads any time soon.

Product received not as advertised. Quality way below the value of the price. My bag has very bad frayed stitching. Straps and handle very poor quality. A scam experience in my view.

Don’t buy from them bag nt great quality & what you see is not what you get I bought the Paris bag the hard teddy key ring that was supposed to come with it didn’t it was plastic cheap kind false advertisement not great & quality of bag had indents in the fabric poorly made don’t buy from them & I was over priced with this site it’s cheaper else where

Absolutely awful quality, what a scam. Would not even give it to my 7 year old niece. Buyer beware. A lesson learned by me......

If you saw this in a shop you’d have to be pretty stupid to pay the laughable price tag of £144. It’s not worth £20. I’m pretty annoyed and it’s an excellent lesson in not buying stuff you see on Facebook. The fabric is attractive but the materials used are flimsy and cheap. One of the zips was separated on arrival so I don’t see that lasting very long. Too late, I see the tacky ‘POABA’ looky-likey badge. Not that I would ever have anything Prada, but I don’t want to look like the kind of person who carries a really obvious knock-off. Surplus stocks due to covid, my foot. If you have any kind of appreciation of quality, I suggest you avoid.

Ordered the Olivia backpack and paid $65AUD for it. Got sent a fake tracking number so I emailed customer service to call them out, did not get a response. Asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund via FB messenger and they said they could not do that. DO NOT order from them as they are clearly a scam!!!!

I had to go to PayPal about this company to get my refund. They falsely claim that their products are not mass-produced. They do not make their own products, they purchase them from the mass-market. You’ll find any of their products for minimum 80% cheaper on AliExpress. Their website is misleading, their return policy is basically entrapment. They refuse to allow a customer to cancel an order because of “the devastating affects Covid19 has had on our business” - the Facebook page and website were created in March 2020, seemingly in response to Covid19.
This is a scheme.

TERRRIBLE don't waste your money, zip broken, not sewn properly and plastic trim and clasps not secure, no return info and company ignores you.
