UPDATE: received refund via PayPal. I know a lot of you will think why bother returning the package due to postage costs, my opinion on that is that I’d rather be down on postage than for Baydora to hold onto my hard earned cash.!

Currently going through the refund option through PayPal. I’ve begrudgingly send it back to the Finland address. Otherwise PayPal won’t fulfil the refund for me. However on inspection of google earth the return address is some run down little shack in the middle of no where.
Such a weird company and I don’t know how I feel for this rubbish!!
Will I get my refund for this disgusting scam bag? PayPal..don’t let me down now!! Fulfil your promise.

The bags are colourful and smaller than I expected. The mechanism to change from backpack to shoulder bag is one strap and you cant take off or hide the backpack straps. The bags are ok but not the high quality described. I know it is COVID times but these bags took ages to arrive. Returns have to go to Finland and I have to pay postage. Can I be bothered ? Probably not. I'll likely put this down to experience and give these small backpacks to kids/teenagers. I was besieged by advertisements on instagram and impulsively got two as it was supposed to be a special rate but they charged me double postage! I did try to cancel order but they said it was too late to as they had been dispatched. This experience has made me reluctant to buy anything again advertised directly on instagram.

Awful, clearly cheap and nasty and to add insult to injury, the bag smells awful. The colour is more garish than the photo used to sell it and the fittings and badging are made of a cheap metallic product. This is clearly a knock off product and a mistake. I regret buying this. It is a complete waste of money. I will see if I can return and claim a refund via PayPal if only to discourage the vendor.

100% garbage product. I purchased the item because the company had an office in LA so I expected a solid delivery. But the product arrived unusable, cheap quality and when I asked to return it, they said that I have to ship it all the way to Finland with my own expense, which is insane considering the shipping cost. This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from these frauds.

I regretted my purchase as what arrived is VERY cheap, poorly made with threads poking out all over the place and 100% SURE not worth the money I paid!

Same experience. Bought off a Facebook ad. Appeared to be a nice bag. Have not received in over 4 weeks. I see they are trying to pass off a cheap Chinese knock off as an original design. I feel very foolish and upset.

I am usually very careful when buying products online but not this time! I definitely regret parting with my cash as what arrived is cheap, poorly made with threads poking out all over the place and certainly not worth the money I paid! According to their T&Cs I can request a refund and they will either accept or decline my refund once the item is received back to them (once I have paid the shipping fee to Finland!). I am unwilling to send it back as I see no guarantee that I will get a refund as they could claim it never arrived as I will not be provided with any kind of refund documentation or tracking. Looking at other people's experiences with this company I would not put it past them. Do not fall for this scam

Would give no stars crappy bag when it finally arrived. Very ugly usually never buy anything on line and after this will define not be buying online again. So ugly I couldn’t give it away.

They start out by getting your attention on Facebook about a bag that retails for $285! Yeah Right!! Same exact bags are on Wish for $9.99 and Amazon also! These are not Bayadora bags, but just some cheap bag they are charging triple for. And that's if you're even lucky enough to get your bag. I ordered mine in April, and have yet to receive. However, I did get a reply to my email today; the one that I sent to cancel my order (5 mins after i hit submit). And they gave some excuse how they lost their messages and are now unable to cancel my order because it's already been shipped. Save yourself $40 and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! BEWARE!! They need to be shut down, immediately!

I ordered a bag from this company a month ago. Says it was delivered on Saturday May 24th but if it actually was delivered, it was not to my door. Canada Post doesn’t find any item with the tracking number provided. This seems like a scam.

DO NOT BUY ! A piece of crap backpack - I would give zero stars but you can’t.
This is not a quality item but manufactured using cheap fixtures, fittings & material. Put anything weighty in this and I doubt the handle, straps or bag seams would be able to withstand.
Horribly cheap item selling at an extravagant price AUD $64 for me by the time it’s converted from USD and I doubt this even cost $10 to produce. Absolutely no substance to the fabric or straps at all. Dreadful and extremely disappointing as it was a gift which I’m too embarrassed to give.

Horrible bags. Cheap, ugly and useless as backpacks. Arrived yesterday six weeks after ordering them from a Facebook ad. Shame on FB for allowing such crap on their feed--it cheapens FB's brand. I am trying to return them and discovered they have to be shipped to Finland!!! which costs over $40 by Canada Post. A deterrent to returning them. What a scam. I have learned my lesson: always check reviews of anything for sale online. What a waste of money.

Bags eventually arrived and I was appalled at the quality. Dislike main storage area too which if you open when pack is upright will lead to things slipping out. Supposedly massively reduced but that is a scam. Customer services ignored a message I sent. Read their policies carefully as they are quite bizarre.

Please avoid....bags were advertised on Facebook and made out to be heavily reduced quality bags... not at all... They are cheap bags, selling at two or three times of what they are worth.
I realised within 15 minutes of placing the order and contacted Bayadora to cancel and again a few hours later but they ignored my request.
Very disappointing as there are a lot of good people trading out there and these type of businesses make us wary of them all...

Wish I had read these before. Bin it! Terrible quality. Misleading : not a quality bag reduced For sale/clearance but a cheap and nasty item Made of really the Poorest materials imaginable. Buyer beware.

just got my bags after 6 weeks and 2 days waits. Horrible quality. Worth 1$. Do not make a mistake like me. I am filing a complain with PayPal. Not sure if they will give refund. I learned my lessons. Hope you gals do not run into this cheap Chinese bags. They are nasty, horrific quality.

Received my bag today after waiting for almost a month. The bag smells like fish. The colours are not as bright as advertised. The quality is awful. The inside liner feels like paper. The stitching is poor. The gold label on the front is upside down! DO NOT ORDER THESE BAGS THEY ARE A JOKE!

Worst online purchase I’ve ever made. Not worth £40 I paid for it, looks like a cheap £1 Chinese bag. I’m very disappointed.
