Every time I’ve called to cancel my…

Every time I’ve called to cancel my order because I didn’t feel what I took was helping and then I am in a position to not be able to take them due to where I work(they keep saying in need to continually take them). The person I talk to badgers me into keeping my subscription and extending out the time for the next reorder. I give up fighting with them and just extend again. I’m still not taking any of the items I’ve bought and they are just sitting on a shelf collecting dust.

I'm glad it is not a fake company

I'm glad it is not a fake company. When I wanted to change my order time I tried to contact a human. I don't like to converse with emails I like to know I'm being heard. The site directed me to the chat which I tried. They resolved my issue. I'm happy about that.
I still like communicating with humans though.

The customer service rep.

The customer service rep., Mike T. was very helpful and was able to work with us so Mom and I didn't have to give up the Auto ship option. Thanks Mike and OmegaXL Team! Mom's only 4 days in, taking the capsules so hopefully she'll see some results in time.

I appreciate the chat box

I appreciate the chat box. It makes things clear and Mike, who took care of me, did a great job in correcting my address. I love the product. I have osteoporosis arthritis and the two months I had placed the product on hold until we got settled at our winter address, I saw more inflammation. I will be glad to resume my Omega XL.

The Omega Customer Service was very helpful to me. I needed to postpone my automated orders for about 3 months & rest to sure I was able to do it within 10 minutes - and was able to change it until Feb 2026. They (Mike) was very helpful & quick, Mrs. Graff
