Don't be pushy

I am not happy about having to live chat and then live chating again because I couldn't get anybody on phone. Told 25 minute wait. Just to get my shipments manageable . First time after a bunch of back and forth she finally agreed to holding shipment to March and then one bottle every month. Why would I want to pay postage every month? I asked and finally got next shipment coming in April and then 2 bottles every 60 days. This stuff is crazy expensive the way it is, with not having a 5 month surplus on hand because you can't manage your shipments without a headache.

I am so greatful for Omega Xl

I am so greatful to have watched the commercial for omega xl. It has changed my life by 100%. I feel great everyday, I have more energy because im no longer in pain. For the past 9 months my life is so much more enjoyable. I can do things that I have not been able to do before. I thank you omega xl for the introduction you sent out with John Walsh's help. Elder abuse …

This company was told three months ago via phone to cancel the auto-pay and products. Since then they have gone into my mother’s account three times without permission. This is unacceptable and I consider this elder abuse. A stop payment was initiated with our banking institution for a full refund! I saw your response and my family has nothing to discuss with your company ever again! Train your employees not to deceive people who request cancellation! You are blocked from the account and cannot access it ever again! Good luck with this business! Undesired bottles received on Saturday were sent back via USPS. Have a nice day!

Products OmegaXL are not at all…

Products OmegaXL are not at all effectively and expensive . Every time I try to cancel subscription they try to defer it. The money back is NO guarantee. They keep deferring it so they won’t give back the money even if it doesn’t work at all (I still have empty bottles). I tried to stop the automated order right after 30 days by calling. They could stop the shipping in time but they wouldn’t and keep pushing me trying. They said they would extend 30 days money back guarantee but when I tried to stop again they kept pushing me to extend using it and eventually no money back for sure.

Omega XL is overrated

Omega XL is overrated, overpriced and over-hyped. I took it for 6 months, with no noticeable benefits over much less expensive Omega supplements. A total waste of time and $$$. Don't fall for the praise lavished upon this product by John Walsh; it does not live up to his lofty claims of this 'miracle' supplement. Seems that many, many people believe anything he says, but don't fall for it.
Walsh should stick to catching bad guys (and polo ponies), his public credibility has dropped a lot for being the pitch man for this lousy product. Read the reviews, see for yourself. Omega 3 does not even rank in the top five supplements of this type. Respectfully submitted, Thomas M Fullerton

The people are very knowledgeable, and the products seems to work beautifully. The autoship can get away from you though, make sure you're on top of taking it.
