No such thing as a hassle-free return…

No such thing as a hassle-free return policy.
Sent back my order and I was told it didn’t reach the facility within the 15-day return period so no refund will be issued. They claim the return policy is stated; however,
I saw it as 30-day. This company tries to take your money anyone they can.

I called to cancel my autoship…

I called to cancel my autoship subscription because I can't afford to cover any overdrafts, due to my forgetting about the autoship charge. I explained to Victor that I forgot about this month's autoship charge and was short the money to cover it. He suggested a couple different options, the last one of which I agreed to try. He was patient and resourceful, and I greatly appreciate his compassion and concern to find something that worked for me!

Omega XL REALLY WORKS

Omega XL REALLY WORKS! I had arthritic pain in my thumb base joint for a year when I started taking OmegaXL.It took about 2 1/2 weeks of taking it but then one day I woke up and the pain was gone. I completed the pills I got and decided not to take it again but the pain came back so I ordered more and pain is gone never coming back . Great product that works.

In seeking to close my account, I was given counter-offers. It was almost like I had to convince them that I was serious about canceling. I understand their perspective, but it took extra time.

This product is clinically impossible…

This product is clinically impossible to work as advertised. A complete scam. Fake testimonials. Fake reviews

In response to Omegaxl claims of clinical testing. The only clinical testing of the ingredients of Omegaxl were done without connection to Omegaxl or testing Omegaxl. Also at clinical dosages which were 15x higher than the dosage of Omegaxl. Omegaxl has never been clinically tested to achieve the results they claim. Omegaxl intentional uses these third party testing to deceive the consumer.

Don't be pushy

I am not happy about having to live chat and then live chating again because I couldn't get anybody on phone. Told 25 minute wait. Just to get my shipments manageable . First time after a bunch of back and forth she finally agreed to holding shipment to March and then one bottle every month. Why would I want to pay postage every month? I asked and finally got next shipment coming in April and then 2 bottles every 60 days. This stuff is crazy expensive the way it is, with not having a 5 month surplus on hand because you can't manage your shipments without a headache.
