My 2 dogs ( cava/ cocker/ tibetan poos ) are very happy with this food and even accept it as a treat so no extra treats required, I just carry a tin of their kibble ( previously this never worked ). So easy to have delivered. Had an occasion recently when I wasn't told bag size was out of stock so I was left to run out of food. Lots of messages on different platforms and a few days later I did get food . I only marked down 1 star for customer service needs to be a bit sharper but food wise its 5 star and im amazed that my dogs love a meat free food. Rest of my family aren't veggies so they do occasionally give meat treats and they still love them obviously but very happy and healthy and great weight on Omni.

The experience was great from the start. I booked a vet consultation with Sophie to chat about my dogs recent vet visit & whether Omni food would be a good option. It had been suggested by my own vet I look at alternative dog food for sensitive tummies. It was very helpful to have the free session with Sophie and find out more. From then we haven’t looked back. Piper is a different dog, no more tummy problems and she’s happy. She’s also loves the fruit crumble snacks for a treat or two!

My dog loves this food. She has always been a selective eater, but not any more. Her digestion is much more settled. I have found it easy to change delivery dates and update my subscription. Highly recommend.

Our rescue dog has been on Omni dry food (+ some tinned) since she came to us 6yrs ago. She loves it and is really healthy on it. Customer service has always been excellent and our regular delivery very reliable and also flexible when I need to change a date. We are both vegan and are really happy that our dog is really great also on vegan food! We can highly recommend Omni.

I had a video call with vet Sophie today. We discussed Gus’ transition to Omni dry food following an intolerance to his previous food, possibly due to a change in recipe. She gave me good advice as how to support him with pre/probiotics, especially when he takes his flea and worming treatments. Overall a very friendly, supportive, and informative appointment, I’m glad I’ve found Omni and look forward to seeing how Gus moves forward on this diet, he’s certainly very enthusiastic so far. Thank you.

It was the first time I used Omni last month and arranged monthly deliveries for 10kg bag..I was running short so sent a message and received a very friendly response and delivery the next day! How refreshing is that 😆. Tried Omni for my Cocker Spaniel who has/had a yeast infection and Omni is slowly working, the scratching has more or less stopped. Thank you Omni 😆 my Flat coated retriever who doesn't have a yeast infection!! Loves it too.

I'm happy with Omni it is a little bit tricky to make my dog to eat because is very fusy and she whant our food and for her is not good because she's having allergies. It is easy to order a little bet heavy when I can't find what I need. One time hapend not having the dry food but now I know that I need to order before long time.

Lovely customer service from people who really seem to care. The food I subscribed to is not suiting my dog and Amanda responded to my email promptly offering a complimentary alternative to try and further advice if needed. This level of customer care is a very rare thing these days.

I must say I thought I would check out the reviews before ordering and I am worried to find the ordering and subscription and customer services put me off doing so. It is a shame companies feel the need to sign people up sometimes unknowingly or make it difficult within the ordering system obtaining larger orders and or do not get the discounts you thought you would due to the simple fact you do not want to make a commitment of a longer subscription before trialling the products first.

5*’s doesn’t do Omni Pet justice, Elsa has been on it for over a year. After a recommendation from a GSD Charity we tried Omni, our GSD had terrible gastrointestinal issue due to interbreeding and the horrific start to her young life. We adopted her at 8 weeks and battled to get her tummy issues under control. After two years we moved on to Omni and haven’t looked back, Elsa’s tummy recovered within 2weeks along with the itching. I cannot recommend Omni enough. As the company grows I hope the product doesn’t change, also I hope the 5* customer service also stays the same.
