Initially not a great experience as I made an order then later went to unsubscribe and clicked on the unsubscribe button which I thought had completed, it did say contact customer service which I thought was for any issues but it wasn't at all clear that this had to be done to complete the unsubscribe fully. I then got a surprise charge of 50 pounds taken from my account at a later date. The bizarre thing was even though they had sent me a new order I was convinced the unsubscribe had worked as I checked my account prior to calling them and couldn't log into my account and it didn't recognise my email when I clicked on forgotten password either.
I left this review which was very honest at the time but Omni contacted me straight away after posting it and listened to my concerns and stated that it is something they are working on. The customer services was excellent and I have said that I will return when the cancellation issue is simplified as I love their products and always aim to support new businesses. I was very pleased with how they handled the situation, only dropped 1 star due to the cancellation complications which hopefully are being looked into.

Been a customer for over a year now (anal gland supplement). Our boy is a rescue from Romania, born on the streets. He has a very slight hip issue and the vet suspects this is why his glands don't quite work as they should. The Omni brand solves the problem 99% of the time and if he scoots (rarely) we just double the dose for a couple of days and all is back to normal. He won't eat these as treats (fussy lad) but they crumble easily and mix in with his food. The previous brand we used were so hard they had to be cut up and there were always bits left in his bowl after the food had gone! Ordering is easy, communication is excellent and packaging pretty eco friendly. Pre-notification of order delivery so can accept or delay if needed. Have had no issue whatsoever with this company so can highly recommend. It's also great to be able to support a smaller business. Thanks Omni.

We absolutely love Omni! We've been loyal customers for over a year now and the products have made such a difference to our dog. She's had a lot of stomach, skin issues and nothing was making a difference until we switched over to Omni's food & supplements. The 1-1 vet service is also super helpful and their customer service is top notch. We forgot to delay a subscription on the supplements and their customer support team sorted this out for us immediately! Would recommend Omni to all dog parents out there.

Omni has been a great support while trying to work out what was wrong with my dog. She was itching and biting her paws and so uncomfortable so I started with the supplements for itchy skin and from there I have received free vet advice and ongoing support from omni. We have now found a new food thats perfect for my dog’s sensitivities and that she loves. She no longer needs supplements and is so much more settled. I would recommend Omni to anyone whose dog is struggling.

Amazing!!! I was skeptical about getting the Joints & Mobility Supplement but after 2 months use the difference in my 12 year old dog is amazing she has so much life in her and her mobility is great.

This company had an offer of 50% off for first time buyers. I put a bag in my baskets d went back to look at other products. I went back to my basket and it was empty. So I added my bag to my trolley. I went to checkout and it showed 2 bags for £150. So I tried to remove one bag and in doing so, I hit the checkout button and got 2 bags of food with no discounts. I immediately called the 2 phone numbers listed for omni, was told my phone service (EE) did not support service to these #s. Wrote 2 emails to this company and haven’t received answers. Now bags are to be delivered which I extended to the longest time away. Very upset. If my dog doesn’t like the food I am stuck for £150 and I don’t think I can afford to send it back. No customer service at all!!

My Frenchie was diagnosed with Chronic Enteropathy a year ago. We have trialled every hydrolysed food, every novel protein to no avail. My IMS suggested Omni, and Hugo is enjoying every mouthful! Long may it last.
Fantastic customer service as well. I ordered the incorrect adult kibble (should have ordered the sensitivity) and they happily accepted it back and gave a refund.

Fantastic products , my dog has loved being on Omni for years , his health is perfect and his vet says that he has the cleanest teeth she's ever seen on a 4 year old. I started with the supplement for irritated skin for my 11 yr old lab , the improvement was incredible. In less than a month the irritation was under control, three
months no sign of irritation. In six months fur had grown back. Coat is thick, shiny and he looks so healthy. I am so impressed with Omni , I have put both him and my 13yr old spaniel on the join supplement. Absolutely incredible results. I have and will continue to recommend the products to all of my friends. Customer service is second to none. Giving advice an support promptly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I just wish human remedies for creaky joints and skin issues were as effective!

I’ve been with Omni now since Feb 2025
I first saw them on Dragons Den and felt compelled to try
I now have 4 different products subscriptions with them for my Yorkie
Their products definitely help
My Yorkie is full of anxiety and being on the Stress n Anxiety supplements has got him off prescribed medication from the Vets
It’s true you do need to use longer term to see / get the notable affects.
They are most definitely expensive
N my only feedback maybe are they able to use less packaging to make savings in the hope to pass those savings to their customers especially those with longer standing subscriptions
