Ordered an exhaust on a Friday (from Italy), got it on next Tuesday (in Germany)! Best price on the net including shipment! Next time, when i´m in need of scooter parts, i will definitely look first at Omnia Racing!

Prices are fine but they don't give a shit if you have any issues with your order/delivery/etc. Don't recommend if you are ordering outside of EU

This is the most nly place i found with a great price, shipping, and both fibres and steels for my benelli clutch, other places were asking too much mainly from shipping, and i am based in Australia i be coming back again

The service from the staff was excellent, shipping was fast & the product is excellent, even an extra little gift. Will recommend & use again.

I’m always very pleased when items in stock are shipped promptly after I place an order.
However, there have been several occasions where my inquiries were left unanswered, which sometimes leads me to place orders with other shops instead.

It seems to depend on the person in charge — some staff members kindly check the manufacturer’s inventory for me, while others provide only vague replies.
In some cases, I end up waiting far longer than the estimated delivery time I was originally informed of.

I understand that delays can happen, but it would be greatly appreciated if your team could provide more courteous and detailed responses to customer emails.
Clear and timely communication would make your excellent service even more reliable and pleasant to use.

never got item and they kept my money.. now dealing with them threw fraud claims..

It's the first and last time with this website.
Made an inquiry which was paid for a clutch set, on 26/07/2025 The clutch-kit was supposed to arrive on 09/08/2025. on the 9th tried to mail them, nothing. Called them and talked to a guy which barely spoked english and assured me that another cargo is coming in 3 days and for sure i will receive it in due time.
Surprise! My clutch kit wasn't in that cargo. For this, i had to wait after their holiday (i had already planned my holiday with the bike, reservations on booking a.s.o. that i missed and lost money because of them)
They asked to wait until 1st week of september and for sure they will deliver. After four e-mails and 4-5 calls I managed to reach them. And?!
Surprise again!
They didn't receive it from the factory and "next week you will receive it" (so they told)
Today 11/09/2025 they are telling me - "next week"
Very bad communication with them, not telling the truth to clients, missleading them.
I have already sent an e-mail at the beginning of this week that if they don't deliver until the end of week, i will no longer need their product and for sure i will never buy from them again.

Le: After this post, 3 hours later today I got e-mail from Dhl with the tracking number. We will see what happens next.

No communication. No reply to messages, neither by email nor through the web.

I have already written several times to info-omniaracing.it. No reply. No emails in the spam folder. I had a question before placing an order for a motorcycle low seat. Nobody replies to that email address

I placed an order on March 17, 2025, and it was shipped to me on April 6, 2025. Unfortunately, three items were missing from the package. As of today, June 2, 2025, I’ve had no updates about these items despite reaching out. The last message I received on May 21, 2025, from the seller,mentioned I go shopping today,but I’m unsure what this means.
Can someone clarify if these items are out of stock, delayed, or if there’s another issue? When can I expect to receive them, or is a refund possible? I’d appreciate a prompt response to resolve this.

I placed an order (#106272) with Omnia Racing on April 25, 2025, and paid EUR 151.19. At the time of purchase, the item was shown as available on the website, with no mention of delays or production status.

After several weeks, the item still has not been shipped. I contacted their customer service multiple times — responses were vague and inconsistent. First, they promised shipping “by the end of the week,” then said the item was "under production." I repeatedly asked for a refund, but my requests have been ignored.

Due to this unacceptable experience, I have now filed a formal consumer complaint with the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM).

I strongly advise others to be cautious when buying from this website — lack of transparency, unreliable communication, and broken promises make this a highly untrustworthy shopping experience.

I ordered a arrow exhaust system on the 5th of April and still didn't receive it yet. I'm about to do a investigation with my bank. It's been almost 7weeks now. The exhaust system is the only thing remaining for my build. Please guys I want answers.

I ordered a product wich was said to be delivered at the end of April, almost 1 month later i've still not recieved my product. When i contact the company and ask where it is they lie and say "it arrived today, we ship tomorrrow". 4 days later, i contact them again and they say "we havent recieved the product yet".. This had been going on for several weeks now. Lying over and over again.. feels like im being scammed.

I ordered an Arrow cat delete for my Aprilia. It was not in stock and had to be ordered from the factory. So it took a while, but was a beautiful quality item, not a cheap copy, and was simple to fit. People that complain about long delivery times just need to be patient and happy that they are receiving a genuine factory product.

Really can't recommend this seller. I ordered a rear shock for my bike. After almost two weeks after payment I recieved an e-mail with an offer of another product with no explanation why they are offering me the other product (which was worse). I replied I want the shock I ordered and after another 3 days they said they are not aviable so I canceled the order. Today I recieved my money back but I lost about 40EUR because it took so long and there is a different exchange rate.. Not a single apology from the seller about the situation. Took me 3 weeks of my life, lost the money and I have to make a new order which will taky another month when I get my order. Never again.

All great! I placed my order monday late in the evening. The website said that all the items were on stock. They have sent it the next day 11am by UPS, the package was delivered from Naples Italy to Croatia in 48 hours, on thursday 11:23h, with tracking information. Amazing!
The packaging was good.
Will buy again. Recomend.
