I ordered a Arrow exhaust for my 2025 Ducati V4 from them on 6 January 2025 today is 3 April and finally it has been posted. I was very negative about my purchase due to the time it took to get tracking details. The problem was Arrow factory were late to dispatch. Today I am a happy buyer thank you Omnia racing.

The muffler you bought should have been 14 working days for delivery, but being a new product the factory delayed the shipment, so it arrives at the end of March. I'm sorry but the factory is missing, and production has been delayed, we also urged the manufacturer but the delay was prolonged not because of us. If you want a refund and do not want to wait we can give you the money back without problems, and cancel the order, you can order it from others waiting the same amount of time, since the manufacturer is missing it. We are sorry for this undeserved review.
Terrible company, do not recommend
I ordered an exhaust 6 weeks ago. On the site I was told it'd take 3-10 business days. I was okay with that. A few weeks later I didn't hear anything from them, I had to contact them myself. After contacting them I received a poorly written one sentence answer to why my exhaust had not been shipped yet. They said it had to do with a factory delay. Even though I really need the exhaust, I was okay with the delay. They said it would take till the end of that week until the exhaust would be shipped, so I waited. The next week I had not heard anything from them once more, so again I contacted them myself, asked what was up and why my exhaust wasn't being shipped yet. Once again I got a poorly written answer as to why it wasn't shipped. This went back and forth more than a dozen times. They kept telling me it would be shipped either the end of the week or next week, I waited, didn't hear anything from them until I reached out myself. When they replied, I always received a simple one sentence answer explaining exactly nothing. Last week I contacted them, asking for a date they were a 100% sure my exhaust would arrive before that date. They said they were sure it'd be shipped last week. It is now the monday after and I again have to reach out to them to ask whats up.
They do not reach out to you when your order is delayed past expected delivery times.
They do not give you anything to work with.
They do not help you.
Overall a terrible company, probably a ton of fake reviews. When reading the 1 and 2 star ratings you get to see multiple people experiencing the same issue I am.
It is safe to say that I have had a terrible experience with this company and that I do not recommend ordering anything from them. Chances of your order actually arriving are slim. I will wait till they respond to my last email, if that does not work out I will be refunding through PayPal.
I also do not recommend paying with anything other than paypal, as you might not be able to refund your money otherwise.

Ordered and paid for at the end of july.have had no up date or track number. It is now 20th august still notting. Only they are on holidays till the 28th. Would like my money refunded to move on with getting the bike back on the road

Order a bmc air filter from there and on the website said 2-6 shipping days.
After I ordered and several emails later the company said it was 2-14 business days to ship.
Still I contacted them and wanted a refund because that was not the first agreement.
He said he would ship by the end of the week.
Didn't happen and stopped responding. I opened a complain in PayPal and he shipped on that day.
Now I don't need the filter anymore because it has passed the time for it to arrive and the need of it and he doesn't give me a refund.

Poor customer service contact
I ordered a set of Brembo brake discs. ETA was 2-4 working days before sending. I ordered on the 28th of may. after a few weeks i contacted omnia about my parts. they said next week. sure i wait, next week nothing. so i send a follow up email again, "we wait for next week". still nothing. At this point i got annoyed and requested a refund and cancelation of my order.
after sending that email i had to send 1 more follow up email before i even got a reaction. Now two weeks later my order is still not cancelled and i still dont have my money back.

Order a transparent windshield but got a tinted. Took one month for them to figure out that the fault was their supplier. Then they offered a refund for the shipping as a compensation. Support your local shops instead.
