Never received my parcel. They don't believe me although no package was shown in the tracking. Thank god Paypal made a decision and I got my money back. I lost a lot of time. Never again!

Communication with customers is tragic...
After choosing the more expensive express shipping, the package was still sent by standard shipping. I had the item to get before the race weekend. I didn't get it until then and to be honest a week after ordering I still haven't. Due to this issue, it took all day to contact the seller to get a reply about situation. The seller reacted to the situation absurdly - he started to argue that they do not have express shipping. After sending screenshots, which clearly show and indicate that the order was made with express shipment, the answers from the seller were inadequate and similar to bullying. Correspondence saved.

The website has pretty clear disclaimers, but it could be missed that VAT is not included in all orders.
