I have purchased order at the end of March, it is 21st April now and I still didn't get it. I don't recommend to have deal with this shop in case you don't have luxury in time. If I would know, that processing of my order will take almost 1 month, I would order it from other store, there was possibility to do it, but I chose Omniaracing, unfortunatelly.

I ordered my exhaust Mivv gp pro titanium for suzuki gsx 650F on 28.2.2024. they said it will be available in 4-7 WORKING DAYS. Now has passed 40 working days and still waiting for my order. And they answer me that they haven't titanium only carbon and they can send it if I want. I said okay, because I can't wait more probably 10 weeks for them. But also again I am waiting 8 days to send that carbon one. Now what to do? Only refund or wait couple days? Unprofessional and not good reciew from me. This Is my third order and now they make problem and I think this is my last tim buying by them...

Mi scusi, a prescindere dalla sua recensione che non è collegata ad un ordine,e quindi non è nemmeno firmata, se gentilmente ci vuol comunicare il suo ordine per rispondere in modo concreto. Su tutti gli articoli abbiamo disponibilità immediata e quindi pronta consegna , e su altri la disponibilità che va da 2 giorni (più la spedizione) a anche 20 giorni o 2 mesi , dipende dagli articoli. Su alcuni marchi i ritardi ci possono essere, e ciò dipende dalla situazione industriale italiana, europea e mondiale, per la scarsa quantità di materia prima e altri problemi correlati ai conflitti mondiali, che spesso mette in difficoltà grandi marchi di ogni genere di prodotto. Le girerei tutte le email che inviamo ai fornitori, dai più blasonati ai meno conosciuti per sollecitare la merce per non parlare delle decine di telefonate che facciamo per i solleciti. Purtroppo l'approvvigionamento di molte cose è difficile, e le case costruttrici impiegano tutti i loro sforzi per rispettare le date di consegna ma non riescono sempre ad essere precisi e questi ritardi ricadono su di noi. Personalmente ho ordinato delle finestre da una delle migliori aziende italiane, e inviece di arrivarmi in 30 giorni sono passati 6 mesi. Non so quanto possa interessarle la cosa, ma se ordina alcuni marchi di auto le consegne sono anche d 1 anno !!!!
Mi dispiace che non riesca a comprendere lo spirito di un'azienda come la nostra che con oltre 32 anni di esperienza ha un'inossidabile passione e cerca di accontentare sempre tutti i clienti, .... fosse per noi potremmo avere anche la bacchetta magica e consegnare in 12 ore, ma non è possibile. Intanto veda tutte le centinaia di recensioni positive, di clienti che hanno ricevuto merce in 48ore nelle più remote zone del mondo, non si fossilizzi sulla sua esperienza , ma veda anche quella della nostra carriera storica tempestata di successi e soddisfazioni. Una stella è una ingrata punizione di una persona poco attenta al lavoro altrui. Le auguro una buona giornata. Cordiali saluti Omnia Racing Custmer Care.
