I order from Omni Cheer every single year and there always seems to be some sort of issue --after this, I wont be ordering any longer. I attempted to place a simple order for poms on July 5. For some reason I had to submit our tax exemption certificate (again). After submitting the certificate with the representative I was working with, I followed up. I reached out no less than five times: I emailed three times with no answer and I called him twice (And was told that he was unavailable).
On 7/25 I got a reply that said "please allow 24 to 48 business hours for your account to be processed."
On 8/7 I was asked to "confirm my account." I answered 8/9 and then received yet ANOTHER email 5 days later on 8/14 saying "Please allow 24-48 business hours for this to be completed." A full THREE weeks after I was originally told 24-48 hours.
8/15 the exemption still wasnt processed and I was told to "call back in a couple days to get a refund for the tax you paid." I called back a few days later and someone supposedly processed the refund, but wasn't able to send me a receipt. I was told yet again, to "call back for a receipt in a couple days."
8/20 I called back a "couple days later" as I was told to do and the refund hadn't been processed, so they could not send me a receipt.
8/28 I called AGAIN asking for receipts and I was told the receipt has been requested and will take 24-48 hours...to email a receipt!
I talked to 3 people who told me my refund was submitted. And today, 9/4 I spoke with someone who said it was not processed and that I needed to submit my tax exemption certificate AGAIN. I talked via phone and email to multiple people and NOT ONE over the last month said I needed to resubmit. This order took 2 months! Absolutely horrific experience and am gladly taking my business elsewhere after this mess.
Do yourself a favor, don't order from here.
Edit: OmniCheer, you are missing the point. I tried to place an order July 5. Your rep told me to send my Tax Exemption Certificate directly to him. I sent it to him--he never answered. I reached out 5 times until someone else finally told me I need to send to taxexempt@omnicheer. On 7/22 after finally talking to someone else, I forwarded the certificate to tax exemption. On 7/25 I got a reply that said "please allow 24 to 48 business hours for your account to be processed."

This reply to my review is the ONLY straight answer I have gotten from you all in 2 months! I talked to multiple people on the phone who didn't know what was happening, I sent my concerns via email BEFORE posting a review and the reply I got was "I apologize for the inconvenience, we are currently in our busy season therefore the delays." I was told by multiple people my refund was being processed (it was not), was told by multiple people my certificate was accepted (it was not), was told for 3 weeks that that I needed to wait "24-48 hours" for a receipt. You said "Our finance team then completed their review and applied the tax exemption within the same timeframe." No they didn't. I paid tax. And I spoke with someone yesterday on 8/4 who told me that the tax exemption was NOT applied and that I needed to send it AGAIN. So which is it? It's unacceptable, point blank.

Overall experience was great! Item shipped extremely quick to the fact that I got in them next day. My girls love the backpacks we ordered they were just as described.
They have no customer support, I'm still waiting for a response after I sent emails. Their website doesn't allow for purchases with a billing address of a different country. So how do I place an order If I can't get hold of anyone or manage to make payment.

Shopping was easy, and ordering online was good. My fear was getting the correct shoe size but wrong fit for my granddaughter, I like the recommended sizes chart which helped me decide on the size to purchase, the shoes fit her perfect. I received the box within a week of purchase. I’m grateful
My order was on backorder for almost 4 months. They are here and are what I ordered!!!

My daughter loves the cheer shoes from Omni. And I am happy with the shoes. However, I am not happy with their return/exchange program. I had to pay $10 to ship the shoes back, a restocking fee and then had to reorder a new size. If you are exchanging, this should not work this way.

Ordering a pair of shoes on a Friday evening, placed the order and was informed not to get "the glitter ones". Although their website did not mention glitter, a cross-reference determined that's what I bought. I logged in and looked to cancel the order, however there is no cancel function on their website. I called their customer service number, however that's only available during business hours. I sent and email to sales with the order number asking it to be cancelled with an explanation of what happened. The following Monday afternoon, I got a reply saying it was already shipped and could not be cancelled. It's so convenient that this notification came 45 minutes after it was shipped, at almost 2pm ET. Apparently nobody can be bothered to just go pull it from the shelf before the carrier picks it up. Now that I'm stuck, I inquire about their return policy and get an extremely convoluted explanation of how it works. It seems intentional that their process is overly complicated to discourage customers from returning anything. So in the cross-reference effort, I discovered I could have gotten it for a couple bucks more and free shipping, totally considerably less than it cost me purchasing through them. I'd advise anyone else to avoid using these folks if possible. I don't feel customer satisfaction is very valued to them.

I spoke with the nicest representative who helped me make a return and place an order. I greatly appreciate that when you call you don’t have to worry about language being a barrier. The agent also ensured I would receive my order in the way I originally placed my order. My order came within 48 hours.
I was so skeptical about ordering, but I'm so glad that I received the item and it looks just like it supposed to when I look at it online!!! Thanks Omni for your service!!!!
Horrible experience. For one, shipping is high. Two, coupon sent to me wouldn’t apply to my order and customer service wasn’t any assistance. Three, the items I purchased went on sale less than a week later and customer service wouldn’t honor a price adjustment. I would order from a different company next time and advise anyone else to do the same.

It was very easy to order online, the body suits that were ordered, were perfect for our little cheer squad, who just needed some thing to go underneath their uniforms to keep them warm during cold chili games! Will definitely be using them again!

I signed up for their 10% off offer for signing up for their emails. I then used the code provided to place an order for cheer shoes. Everything looked good, the discount was in and the total was correct. Then I hit the submit button to submit the order and the discount promptly disappeared and I was charged full price. I immediately filled out their contact form on the website as it was after hours and 6 days later I still hadn't heard anything. I called and they did nothing but say "I'm sorry."

Ordering was simple, time between ordering and delivery was great. The product is just what I ordered and of good quality. I was not happy with the shipping cost. Everything else was great!
This is the second pair of these shoes I’ve bought for my daughter. The first pair lasted her two seasons. That’s pretty good, imo. We sized up this time. Hopefully these can last a couple seasons as well.
I am a cheer coach with a team of girls that have a wide range of sizes. I always buy skirts and shorts from Omni cheer so I can buy the GK product with a wide size range. There is almost no other brand where I can get super tiny child sizes and an adult 3xl. The inclusivity is so nice and the fact that the product arrives in like 4 days gives me such a peace of mind.
Do not recommend! Will short your order and refuse to fix the error. They will try to make you out to be a liar instead of investigating their warehouse employees that can’t read nor count. I've been a long time customer, but after this last experience of them shorting me $89 worth of things and trying to make me repay for the items I already paid for I will not be shopping with them ever again.
