Watch was delivered with a strap too short for my wrist - I phoned and they said they would obtain and despatch a bigger strap.

Some 8-9 months later, I was still waiting for a strap, and when I complained I just got given a link to a longer strap I could spend another £45 on, including the delivery charges.

Never again, the watches are well overpriced for a cheap movement anyway, just don't waste your time with this brand

EDIT: it's been 12 months, you're weren't ever going to resolve the issue. My patience expired, cause and effect, shame you didn't put this much energy into resolving the issue in the first place.

I didn't seek out this site to give this review without good reason. As for abuse, I asked a legitimate question on your website chat, your chat said I was #1 in the queue. So I waited, then I went and made lunch, ate lunch, washed up, came back, and I was still #1 in the queue - I'm not surprised, it's what I've come to expect from your firm, so you can claim abuse all you like, feel free to post the actual chat....

I bought a Zandvoort chronograph which I've fancied for a while now because of the orange-on-black colouring. With the turtle case, it looks like something my dad would have bought in about 1978 and that's why I liked it.

First impression on unboxing was just how solid the watch is, especially with the steel bracelet, it's one of those watches that makes others feel like toys in comparison. The button clicks for starting/stopping and re-setting the stopwatch are reassuringly deliberate as is the action of the crown for time and date adjustment.

The design detail on the dial is excellent with tiny subdivisions of each second making it look and feel just like the motor racing chronographs from the pre-digital era. The meca-quartz movement is also impressive with the sweeping second hand.

The watch looks great as part of my collection and I'm very pleased to finally own an Omologato. For anyone considering something like a Tissot, Seiko or Citizen, these watches are worth looking at as a unique alternative but with all the build quality. Also, supporting a watch company based only a few miles from me feels good.

It's not just the amazing watches, the unique, limited edition and numbered timepieces, but the whole shopping experience and, most importantly, if things don't go exactly as planned their customer service is remarkable and swift!

No problems with order, quick delivery with updates on progress. Excellent packaging and very pleased with my new watch.

After purchasing 2 watches, I later decided to purchase 2 different straps, however I emailed customer service to query why there was 2 separate delivery charges for 2 small straps going to the same address. My email was ignored and I have never received a reply. This perhaps may put me off purchasing anything in the future, purely on the lack of customer service.

Website was great. Easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Ordered my watch and it arrived very quickly and very safely packaged. I couldn't be happier. Thanks

Ordered a 250GT watch earlier in the year, the service was excellent, attention to detail, lovely note from Shami the owner inside, they were very busy so kept you updated with delivery. Love the watch, feels/looks quality and friends have commented. Love the story behind each watch, who doesn’t love a car nut! Have also ordered a Tifosi X LMR so can’t wait for that, highly recommended!

The watch is just great, I like it very much.
The belt should be a hit more sturdy though...

Suoerb Motosport Themed Timepieces , really represent what they are about.

Service 2nd to none. In my eyes the only Motorsport themed watch brand that is about the sport. Product quality it exceptional for the price point. In eyes actually compares and beats some more of the expensive brands on the market.

Great company to do business with excellent products at very affordable prices ran by caring people who in my experience always remember the most important part of the chain is the customer.

Great company offering a unique watch product for a fairly specialist audience. The tifosi range is a great way to get into the "motorsport watch" crowd but at a sensible price. Simple to use website, easy to order and very quick shipping, looking forward to the next purchase which will actually be for me this time!

Ordered 2 watches.
I've already got 11 of theirs from places like The Classic Car Hub,motor shows etc.
Put both watches on. Took them straight off and did a return. Refused to refund them as they had been worn.
You have to go in the small print on the site to learn this policy. I asked what the cost of replacement straps was but that question was ignored. Anyway saw a solicitor today who told me this policy is an unfair term and cannot replace my consumer rights. Also their return policy would need to be on the same page as the watch ordering page. You have to be allowed the same opportunity as if you were in a watch shop where of course you can try them on.
So sorry but I won't be buying any more Omologato for my collection which stands at around 300 watches including Rolex/PP/Breitling/Omega etc et
UPDATE:
Shami the owner of Omologato has just lied about ‘offering a refund’ and I have taken a screenshot. I,before talking to my solicitor asked Stuart at Omologato how much the straps for the watches cost them.
He ignored it.
I wrote again saying this wasn’t on.
I then did the Trustpilot review.
Shami the emailed to say they would charge me for the straps. That is not a ‘refund’.
Then he retracted that offer saying he had just read my review.
They haven’t tried to work with me,ignored me until a did a review and have now based their customer service and policy on the fact I’ve complained about the appalling attitude.
Shami as the owner of the company and his deceitful response tells you everything you need to know about this company. It’s irritating,as a busy man that I now need to waste time on a legal process with this company.

I have 2 Omologato watches and I’m delighted with both.
Omologato is unique - a family business making small numbers of high quality beautifully designed watches at very reasonable prices.
I feel very lucky to have discovered them.

Oh how I wished all companies were ran like Omologato, I purchased the Derek Bell 500 limited edition watch and was over the moon with the watch, however one of the hands became loose, contacted the company and they asked for it to be returned for repair.

I was kept informed throughout the process of the repair and had the watch back in no time, the customer service is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a distinctive watch celebrating aspects of Motorsport
