This was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. The sandals I ordered were of extremely poor quality—cheap materials and nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, the delivery took forever, and considering how expensive they were, I expected much better. Total waste of money. Do NOT buy from this website—they’re selling overpriced rubbish and clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Worst customer service ever! Don't buy , if you click that button don't expect a quick responce and for an order that took 3 mth to arrive the fact that I immediately attempted to cancel , email cancel request was of no use. They claim it shipped. They eventually offered a full refund but I had to pay shipping. Yes, I believed them shipping to them was 2 weeks, hmm, but Catherin-Ohmychic stopped responding to my request for refund on shipping fees. I also wouldn't give them a 1 star. I orderd in March 2025 , its July 2025. Never had issues with overseas orders. Beware I'm sure they sell under different names...Sooline

Is a scam. Bought something that was never delivered since Feb 2025.

I would give less than one star if I could. I've tried to cancel my order several times, including right after I placed the order. They were slow to respond and tried to convince me to change my mind, each time I asked them to please cancel. They delayed it so much, that one month after the order - I received a notification that they shipped the order. I tried to cancel again (twice) and they ignore my request and send me tracking details. This is a terrible company with not just poor customer service but corrupt, they make it impossible to cancel. Do not order from this company.

I've ordered from this site in the past and while the delivery was slow I liked the items I received. Customer service is responsive when it suits them.

However, I order another item in January 2025. I followed up in February 2025 and was told the item was custom and would take some time and could I be patient. I said okay. Months passed and I checked in again and received an apology for the delay and shortly thereafter an email with tracking information. I tracked the item over the course of a month and nothing happened meaning there was never any movement on the tracking number. So I checked in again and was told that the item was probably lost and was offered a replacement and asked to be patient again. I asked for a refund instead on 5/26/25 and have received no response.

I placed an order with Omychic on April 2nd after seeing their advertisement on Pinterest. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, my order never arrived. A representative named Catherine asked when I needed the order but provided no real solution or tracking information. It's now been [two months] and I still haven't received my items or a refund.

I trusted this Hong Kong-based company because of their professional-looking Pinterest ads, but clearly their marketing doesn't match their delivery capabilities. Save your money and shop elsewhere - there are plenty of reliable retailers who actually fulfill their orders.

Would not recommend and will not be ordering again.

I ordered a dress on April 13. I contacted them May 13 to find out what the hold up was. I was told it was “ stuck”. In fact, it had never been shipped. The order was placed ( I received a notice) on May 14! I then received a note to “just give them a chance”. Do not order from this place. Despicable.

I placed an order in January 2025, following an advertisement in Pinterest. I ordered some jewelry for more than 100$, it is May 2025 now and I still didn't get it. In March I wrote them looking for my order, girl named "Catherine" told me there was some mistake and they are sending it again. After a while when I didn't get it for a second time, she said oh well they had another trouble. I asked for a refund, but they sent it again against my consent. The package came to another city 60 km away and they expect me to drive there and pick it up. The bottom line they didn't refund me and I didn't get the order. Total mess and dissapointment

I ordered a dress for 65$. The fabric is really cheap not worth 65$.There are no tags in the dress indicating washing instructions or the size. It is also really really small. No one would fit in there. It is also poorly sewn together. The picture that they use is also not really reflecting what they actually sell. All in all really bad quality not worth 65$ but rather 10$.

I ordered a suede coat. It never came. I emailed as the tracking never worked on the site. Still nothing. Wasted £160. Have these people got no consciences?

Order took 40 days to arrive! They charged me over $52 for a shirt not worth more than $5. The worst quality ever. The size looked like a child’s size. No tags! Even the inside tags had been cut off! They sent a used product. They won’t refund and said to send it back to China at my expense. The worst online shopping experience ever!!! DO NOT BUY FROM OMYCHiC!

I'm just so upset I never order from an online shopping and on February 7th it will a month and I haven't received received my 2 items yet which cost me $130.I email them and was told January the 25th.and still no delivery no response or refund which I have email them twice no response at all. So if they don't delivery my items soon I will be filling a complaint. And really like their fashion.

I received this order today. It was advertised as cotton/linen. It is NOT. It feels like polyester. What shabby and dishonest marketing. I will never trust this site again. Also, when I attempt to leave a review for this dress/item, it is not appearing.

Definitely not worth $185! I’d pay $40 if…very disappointed! The whole experience aggravating!!!!

Cheap, poorly made products. They have a no return or refund policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered 7 items in May. Finally in September, after 6 emails, I got the last item….which came defective and I had to throw in the garbage…a waste of $72. The 7 items were all sent separately several weeks apart except for two items which miraculously came together. Of the 7 items, I can wear one in public. Extremely overpriced with terrible quality of fabric and workmanship, not like anything in the photos….a super frustrating company…DO NOT ORDER from this company. One should not have to beg to get the rest of your order. I am embarrassed that I got sucked in.

I received my dress only to find the zip was so badly sewn in, the stitching was loose and the sleeves fit like they have sewn them in backwards, I contacted Omychic to return the dress. Omychic refused to refund postage for the return even as the item was faulty! saying there is no bad sewing of the zip, how can they say this when they have not got the dress back yet. Such bad service. I would never recommend them. I am waiting for my refund for the dress but not holding my breath as they are in China.
