My experience of obtaining my order from Omychic was THE MOST FRUSTRATING I have ever experienced with online shopping and I shop from lots of places around the world. The goods minus one missing arrived several weeks after when they were represented to arrive. Every email I sent to Omychic was returned because email address was blocked. I phoned their number and the calls disconnect prior to being answered. I tried emailing their sister company SOOLINEN and exactly the same. Email address not working. Phone number not answered. The most costly item in my order of 5 items has still not arrived. A note in the order said it would follow in a few days and weeks later I have received nothing. My only hope of a response from them is to hope like anything pay pal can assist. Be prepared for a nightmare with this company!!! No reputable business blocks all communication! All of the other reviews Zi have read since purchasing, endorse my experience! BAD BAD BAD

It's more or less a scam - items that arrived (a couple of months later than expected) bore little resemblance to those advertised. Only a 15 percent refund offered - after you send back to China for, like 40 dollars at least in postage. So far no refund, so........it's probably just a scam all around.

LOL at all the positive reviews. So scripted and fake. Hilarious. Scam website you can just tell.

bad quality products, not as in photo, material is not linen or silk as described, details not as in photo, very bad details, very late delivery . Highly negative

I LOVE IT! There are so many options for the style and clothing that I need for different occasions. The fabric quality, the dress style, the color and it in suits the trend today. I am planning to have a vacation and I will definitely get my OOTD in Omychic. I love it :)

I had a fine experience with omychic, they have good products, but little high prices of some products, but quality of products.

I recently bought 1 black top from OMYCHIC.COM online store for my office work .very nice and comfortable fabric and size as well all ok but it was little delay in delivery other wise fine .1 nice thing abut customer service they reply immediately to emails ,because I send them few email and they communicate not bad at all Worth for your expance .thanks

I am very dissatisfied with their products and customer service. The clothes I received smelled like mildew and the fabrics were not as advertised, shipping for a return costs $100 dollars. I requested a mailing label and alternatively an address in the US where I could return the unsatisfactory items. There has been no response, except to wash the clothes that smell, or ship to China.

Purchased and paid for two tops. Still waiting for delivery one Feb 4 purchase. Their customer service says no worry it will be sent soon. Second one took 6 weeks and it is marked Soolinen. Cheap terrible material. Not linen. Do not waste your money. This company is bad. Service product quality not what is advertised.

The only thing I can say that’s positive is the email replies you get. Pictures and descriptions on website are not anything like you receive. Cheap ill made knockoffs with no care instructions or labels of any kind. They say you can return their clothes, but don’t say it’s at your expense. To return 2 tops it will cost my $70. I paid $100 for the tops , I expected much better that I got…

Bought a jumper that was pictured as a soft, fluffy, light-weight mohair ombre sweater. The colours look pastel and the sweater loose and lightweight on the website. It arrived nothing like the picture. Chunky, fitted, in no way mohair, colour block. It's ugly and I never would have purchased it had it been pictured as it actually is. Now I've to wait for a response email to get the returns address. It seems like a scam. I'm so annoyed.

I ordered and paid for 2 items in early November. One dress was not available but they found something similar to replace it. I had asked for my money back but. They wouldn’t do this. This dress arrived in January. The second dress has never arrived despite them telling me that it has been shipped 3 times. I have asked for money back but all they will offer is a voucher. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order for four items on 11/25/23. I received a partial package on 12/24/23. The pants were way too big. I emailed the company. Catherine responded via email and gave me a partial refund of 10%. Also, I asked where my partial order was! Catherine replied to me on Dec 28th that the company is going to process the shipment (unbelievable that they did not ship the rest of the order). I asked for a full refund. She asked for a second chance since the company already shipped the product at that time. I never received even a tracking number and until today I still didn’t receive the package. I emailed Catherine to request a full refund! Hopefully, she will respond to me.

Need to be careful when purchasing from a company out of the country! On this website says delivery within 15 days!

I was looking non-stop for unique Khaki pants in a lot of online shops but I only found the one I wanted in this website.. I was also hooked to check more of their products because they all look so unique and chic!! Check them out if you wish to buy quality products

VERY CHIC TURTLENECK OUTFIT

I recently purchased the Omychic French Coffee Turtleneck Drawstring Patchwork Thick Cotton Knit Top for the winter, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. Easy to buy onomychic but difficult to receive the merchandise from them.
Almost 30 days after the purchase and my incomplete order is still in China!
Catherine returns email but is has no positive effect on the dilivery.
Like others, my order has been split in two…
Don’t buy from Omychic.

Poor quality.Poor service.Poor communication.Merchandise not received.Do not purchase from this company to avoid disappointment.

Items received were only a vague approximation of what was advertised on website…..appalling material…cheap and nasty and not linen as advertised

The item received was not as ordered. Item was very small, child sized. No return labels no packing slips, no product content labels. Buyer beware! Currently trying to get a refund however after multiple emails to a “Catherine” at omychic I am not holding my breath.

Bad experience. Catherine did return my e.mail, but with no solution. My order came incomplete. My credit card dept said to return the parcel and provide them with tracking #. It's total insane experience. No body sd order from Omychic company. Total scam.
