I needed funding to free up some cash. I got a call from Marquise Callaway and he was extremely informative and polite. After a few calls to get the information to his underwriting, he promptly called me to explain my loan options. The application and approval process was the easiest I have ever had the pleasure of using. Marquise did a fantastic job and I really appreciate his efforts.

Ondeck extended my company credit: HOWEVER, had I known they were going to file a UCC Lien against my company I would have kept looking. NOW I HAVE 20 CALLS A DAY ASKING IF I WANT OUT OF MY ONEDECK LOAN-OR HOW CAN I HELP YOU WITH YOUR UCC LIEN. Thanks Ondeck for not telling me about the lien. And thanks again for not removing it after I paid you back 2 weeks later. Now I have to deal with dozens predatory lenders everyday. The calls just dont stop and its extremely irritating. I wont be doing business with these people again.

I see on deck responded with an insensitive tone and basically blamed me for the problem they caused. Instead of offering to help resolve the issue as I would if my company had harmed a customer. This just re-enforces the fact I wont do business with them ever again. Beware of these people.
